"15 min by walk from city center. Very friendly and supportive staff. Good breakfast. Great value for money. But: the bath should be clean and tap should not be leaking in so call 4 star hotel. "Friendly service, even if not very knowledgable about local eateries. WiFi is expensive (10 Euro a day) but reliable. Hotel is located near metro, but walking to Grand Place takes a good 15-20 mins.
