"Staff were excellent, very friendly and informative." - Valerie Raeburn
"Excellent location when arriving at the station late at night. We arrived after 11 and after finding our room, (a bit on the small side b ut clean and Air conditioned ) we were able to enjoy a drink at one of the nearby bars. Staff very friendly. The breakfast was Ok but I think the scrambled egg was dried! ugh." - Anonymous
"The location was great if you want to be near the train station as I did. I was put in the "garrett" - the only window was a skylight. And while there was an elevator it did not go up to the floor I was on - so I had to drag my luggage up about 30 stairs - no help was offered by the staff. The room was fine - nothing fancy but clean and the bathroom was clean and bright. If I were staying longer I wouldn't stay here but for one night and access to the trains, it worked fine." - Janelle Travers
"3-star hotel conveniently located by the train station. Good for travellers arriving or departing by SNCF. You can take the very nice new tramway to Quinconces in downtown Bordeaux. Room 105 smelled of smoke (.... but after all we are in France where people still smoke in all public places including bars and restaurants!). A bit noisy, but overall good value." - Anonymous
