"It was our first time to visit Shenzhen and we did not have any idea which hotel to book. I checked out [website]'s customer reviews and found Best Western's reviews to be excellent. I booked 2 standard rooms for us - a family of five (4 adults + 1 child). When we checked in, our rooms were upgraded to deluxe rooms. The receptionist, a trainee, was very helpful in finding two adjoining non-smoking rooms for us. We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable and the toilet & bath was very clean. The internet which was free of charge was fast. There was a variety of food at the buffet breakfast at a reasonable price. The room rates were very reasonable, good value for money. The hotel is right across the Shenzhen Railway Station in Luohu and close to Luohu commercial center and Shenzhen-Hong Kong border crossing. We were very satisfied and will plan to stay in the same hotel in the future." - Rolando Plata
