"We had a very pleasant stay at the Best Western Shinjuku hotel. Hotel was very close to the Shinjuku station which made it easier to get around. Staff were friendly and help, including the staff at the Stella restaurant.
Housekeeping staff were very polite and room was always made well.

"This hotel is close to all the major shopping in Shinjuku and pretty close to the train station. Although located in the red light district you dont get harassed at all. The hotel staff are very helpful and the room itself is nice BUT very small which is expected for Japan. Would definitely stay here again." - Anonymous
