Best Western Shinjuku Astina Hotel Tokyo

Me and my boyfriend stayed 3 nights at this hotel. We were impressed with most things about this hotel. Nice and quiet, in a very good location close to everything and the rooms were comfortable. Things I think need improving - breakfast needs a bit more of a western touch and the pillows were very hard. Overall I would reccommend this place.

Location is good, close to JR and convenience to travel/shopping everywhere. The only concern is, if you want to take bus limousine to airport, it will take 15-20 mins from hotel to bus stop, it’ll be a big problem if you have lots of luggage. The hotel is very new and clean, I love this hotel and will stay there again.

Small but clean room. Correct service, nice located just outside of busy area, but easily reachable from this hotel.

Great hotel tucked in Shinjuku... rooms are quite small (what do you expect for Japan?) hotel only has ice and drink vending machines.... modern and is in a great location (except for the hostess clubs close by)... staff are very friendly and go out of thier way to help... would definetly go back :)

Great location, walking distance from Shinjuku Station (though navigating the right exit from station maybe difficult) . Very clean hotel, friendly helpful staff and breakfast (western & local). would recommend Best Western Shinjuku Astina Tokyo

The room is OK, but the location is very center of Kabuki-cho, full of clubs and bars, very noisy and not relaxing atomosphere. Room cleaness is OK. But my friend said he was bitten by the tick on foot. It was not bad, but I rather stay other hotel when I am in Shinjuku next time.

Hotel is a bit far from Shinjuku train station but within a walking distance. At night, the area turns to be a night club street but it is safe to walk around. Room and everything are o.k. but "THE STAFF" is not friendly at all. We ask for a bit late check out for 1 hour and they said "no". We ask them to keep the luggage and their face look like ..... "unwelcome" Wanna stay again if the y change a manner of the staff.....

Excellent experience during my stay at best western. Surprised to find out the stay includes buffet breakfast/lunch. Will definitely recommend to friends

We had a very pleasant stay at the Best Western Shinjuku hotel. Hotel was very close to the Shinjuku station which made it easier to get around. Staff were friendly and help, including the staff at the Stella restaurant. Housekeeping staff were very polite and room was always made well. We would definitely choose this hotel for future visits to Tokyo.

This hotel is close to all the major shopping in Shinjuku and pretty close to the train station. Although located in the red light district you dont get harassed at all. The hotel staff are very helpful and the room itself is nice BUT very small which is expected for Japan. Would definitely stay here again.

Located in very busy streets in Shinjiku, good access to shopping, food and station. There is a convenient store on the ground level of hotel. Hotel is new and clean with compact rooms which is typical of hotels of this class in Japan.

Although the Hotel is in a great location,very near to Shinjuku station It was very hard to find as no one has/had heard of it. But overall no complaints.

Very clean; Great location, near Shinjuku station; Would definitely use it again; My only quibble is that the wireless internet was quite slow.
