Best Western Sun Sun Hotel Macau

Very nice place to stay away from home, comforting and approachable hotel staff

Location is not in the very center but if you are ok walking about 20min or taking a taxi then it's ok. When entering hotel it has a strange smell or water.

I Prefer to Stay this Hotel Again & I Recommended to Every One, Who Travel First Time in Macau.

Hotel overview was good and all the common areas were tip top. After seeing our normal double room we understood why they so eagerly tried us to get a premium one. The room was bit dusty and the walls looked bit like if there was some degree of moisture damage, and at first it also smelled bit moldy. As we stayed there only for one short night we didn't care to complain, it wasn't that bad.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were great, very accomodating, friendly and very helpful. They made sure our needs were attended to. We had the suite room and it was spacious and the second comfort room was a nice surprise. Excellent hotel with excellent service. Will definitely stay here again when i visit Macau again.

We booked for 3 nights but checked out after staying one night. Their shower system is very poor. In the middle of a shower, my husband stood in the cold with totally no water. For the money we paid, not worth it. We stayed at the Penthouse !! Their AFB is horrible.

Fantastic Service from both the service staff and the security guard. Hotel lobby was very well done, breakfast was pretty alright. Stayed in the Deluxe room, so the free internet provided was great. Room wise was very good, comparable to a 4-star hotel. Location isn't that good though, but since Macau is so small it didn't prove a real big problem.. :)

Located in the City Centre. You can walk to the various tourist attractions around Macau City. With that pricing, it is worth the stay.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, location was accessible to places where tourists would want to go.

The counter staff are not helpful and does not seem to know much about the rest of Macau.

The hotel staffs which are mostly Filipinos are very helpful. Location is very convenient as it's just a few minutes walk to Senado Square and just across a bus stop. Public transport (bus) in macau is very efficient and convenient and can take you to almost all touristy sights. The only drawback I guess for some will be the hard bed. Love the soft pillows though. Definitely will stay here again when I come back and will recommend to friends.

This is a very busy hotel.Normal check-in time is 2.00p.m but I waited until 3.00p.m before I get a room--I was upgraded to a superior room on the Excecutive Floor for being patient! Overall,I had a good experience staying at this hotel--good locality and friendly neighbourhood.

We liked the staff a filipino who was indeed very accomodating. Hotel was clean and newly renovated. Although location was not so Senior friendly since I was with elderly relatives. It is more for the young

Not bad, at the higher end of the budget scale and much what you would expect from this chain.

during our stay, we got a connecting superior room. one thing is dissatisfied is when the guests in the other room which connecting with us smoking, we can smell it. Thus, connecting room need to be improve. Another thing is, when we came back from outside and wanted to take the lift, but the cleaning service is processing, the cleaner ask us to use other cargo lift instead of normal lift. Apart from the matter mentioned, other thing consider okay. for my next stay in Macau, may be i will choose other hotel.

I really enjoyed staying there. The service was nice and the place was charming. If I have chance to go to Macau again, I'll choose this hotel for sure.

If you pay 1 dollar for an apple in your country, then staying here is equivalent to paying 1 dollar for 1.5 apple. I enjoy my stay here. Strategic location.

Everything was superb, however the next door hotel (Ole London) caught fire, so the TV was totally out Location wise is near to the city centre, take bus 3A or 10 from Jetty to the hotel.

Room is quite small.Bathtub is quite old but thier service and location are good .
