"The hotel staffs which are mostly Filipinos are very helpful. Location is very convenient as it's just a few minutes walk to Senado Square and just across a bus stop. Public transport (bus) in macau is very efficient and convenient and can take you to almost all touristy sights. The only drawback I guess for some will be the hard bed. Love the soft pillows though. Definitely will stay here again when I come back and will recommend to friends." - Anonymous
"This is a very busy hotel.Normal check-in time is 2.00p.m but I waited until 3.00p.m before I get a room--I was upgraded to a superior room on the Excecutive Floor for being patient!
Overall,I had a good experience staying at this hotel--good locality and friendly neighbourhood." - Anonymous
"We liked the staff a filipino who was indeed very accomodating. Hotel was clean and newly renovated. Although location was not so Senior friendly since I was with elderly relatives. It is more for the young" - Leila Luella cervantes
"Not bad, at the higher end of the budget scale and much what you would expect from this chain." - nicholas gibson-lee
