"This is so lovely hotel i would recommend and would definitely stay again. Feeling in the room is like to be in appartment. It is not a fancy hotel, but very pretty. Very clean, nice personnel, in a nice neighbourhood. Ipod dock in the room plus many comfortable opportunities to sit (in the room as well). Nice place to work also. "Nice, modern hotel, cool atr work painted onto the walls. Japantown is a bit far out of the main city and tourist areas but worth a visit and it's on main bus route and walking distance (about 25 mins) from union square.
We added another night onto our 2 night stay and the lady didn't update our room cards properly so they stopped working - when we went to the desk there was no appology and was a little disappointed by the general attitude of the desk staff. " - Kalee Silva Collins
