Breakfast was ok but it didnt have a healthy option like fruits or yougurts...just the regular continental breakfast.

Liked the area. Good access to bus and metro. Good level of cleanliness and buffet breakfast very good. The only negative comment I can make is that the plumbing works was very noisey in our second floor room with all other floors' outfalls passing through our bathroom - especially in the mornings! Having said that, I would recomend the hotel and area and would definitely stay there again - but would request the top floor or wear good ear plugs!

Good value for money, very close to Metro and hence Madrid accesable. The location itself doesn't have any attractions as far away from the city center but the staff is good and very corporative. I may think to stay again if I can't find any other better option then theirs

The rooms are clean, aircon works well, and generally comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a typical light continental affair but then again you can help yourself to as much as you want! For me location was perfect as I needed to be near the pza Chamberi & Bilbao metro station. It's not very central for the main centre of Madrid but only 2 hops on the metro or 20 mins walking to the Gran Via. There are some lively bars / restaurants nearby if you want to just soak up the Madrid night time atmosphere.

Very good location,near a beautiful,lively,square.Very good restaurant in the basement where you can buy good food,breakfast simple but good,coffie exellent,metrostations nearby.Internet should be included in price as it is in most hotels.Friendly and helpful staff, some english speaking.

OK hotel. Everything compact (lobby, elevator, etc). Breakfast on the humble side. Bathroom (ensuite) quite nice. Bed was good. Drawbacks: you have to ask for everything (coffee making set, internet, etc). Staff speaks rather limited English but helpful and reasonably friendly.

Very comfortable room, with all necessary amenities. CLEAN bathroom, for me a priority. Staff was cheerful and helpful, continental breakfast was more than adequate. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Nice area. Great collection of varied bars close to the hotel. Short tube journey (2 stations within 200m of hotel) to Sol if you want to pay more (for less quality).

Metro is very close which makes the hotel 10 minutes from the city center. Rooms are spotless all with balcony and the air conditioning was more than welcome in September.

This hotel is located in a mainly residential area very close to 2 metro stops which made travelling around very easy. The room was clean and comfortable and although the hotel is on quite a busy road intersection our room was quiet with the window closed. We had air conditioning and the room was serviced each day. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English. Ideal for a city break.

Its off city centre. But there are a lot of squares and tapas bars that the Spanish use themselves. Small room but for a single traveller or a weekend break or if you are noving onto somewhere else ideal.

Excellent location and local facilities including restaurant shops. Ideal for all locations. Staff very helpful.
