Best Western Tropical Wanderer Resort is a 4 AAAT Star rated tropical paradise featuring 29 4 star rooms and chalets. The resort covers an area of 4 hectares and is well known for the beautifully landscaped gardens. We offer a large variety of ground floor, non-smoking accommodation. All motel rooms have data point entry for laptops, free Austar viewing and parking right outside your door. Together with an a la carte restaurant, Outdoor Bistro and small conference centre your stay here at Tropical Wanderer Resort could not be anything but enjoyable. Tropical Wanderer Resort has two delightful swimming pools as well as a children's pool. Facilities also include a half-sized tennis court, games room and the latest movie releases shown nightly on the big screen, all available for your entertainment. Tropical Wanderer located in North Rockhampton, is also perfect location for that get away shopping experience. The Rockhampton Stockland shopping centre is 800m south and the new Homemakers centre is directly adjacent. All within walking distance. The CQ university is only a 5 minute drive North and all schools and sporting venues are within 15 minutes by car or taxi. |

It is approximately 15 minutes from the domestic Rockhampton Airport, the Railway Station and the Bus Terminals. The Rocky Taxi service is also readily available. |

Office hours 7am-9.30pm except Sunday (7.30am-8.30pm), please notify property if arriving outside these hours.
