Best Western Wine Country Motor Inn Hunter Valley

Great location for exploring the Hunter Valley. Woolworths and Coles within walking distance and right across from the Cessnock Rugby League Club which has a great bistro for a casual dinner after a day of exploring the wineries. Service was warm and welcoming and the rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property, we will definitely be staying here again during our next Hunter Valley visit!

The room was really nice - bed was great, but the shower was a little of a let down (it was a water saver but it sprayed everwhere). Had a great stay tho and it was definately value for money . Great place will use it next time we are down there

Suprisingly good, clean, quiet, comfortable. The lady at the front was very helpful. Check in time is 2pm, but make sure you arrive there before 10AM to get onto that wine tasting tour bus. You don't want to be driving around those wineries.

Situated in cetral Cessnock it is an ideal base from which you can tour the hunter wineries

We enjoy staying in this motel. However the arrangements for breakfast are a little difficult for older clients.

Room is large which is very good, but unfortunately there was no microwave for us to warm our take away food. Other then that it was great close to shopping center. Owner of the hotel was friendly.

The staff were friendly and knowledgable about the area and able to provide recommendations on where likely to get in on short notice. Dissappointed that there was no restaurant at the motel where we could have breakfast in the mornings.

This motel was more like a high quality hotel. The facilities are very new (2008 write), the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in world-wide, the decor was pleasant yet neutral, the air-con totally controllable, the staff very helpful. My wife (Japanese extraction) and I (Australian Anglo) also enjoyed its proximity to all shopping facilities and the wine country - 5 to 15 minutes to everywhere. Thoroughly recommend.

Check-in was very easy and staff were very friendly. Room was very comfortable.

The Best Western Wine Country Motor Inn was more than what we anticipated. From their friendly staff to the services they provided us- it was definately value for money. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous!

Room overall was good however the shower was weak.

This motel is very clean and well located for anyone doing business in Cessnock CBD. Otherwise it provides very basic accommodation which did not seem consistent with its 4 star rating.

The managers were very friendly, helpful, informative and made my stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again and recomend it to friends.

This Motel was excellent the service and the staff were exceptional if you are looking for a motel close to the vineyards or a concert everything here was right on your doorstep, we could not have been happier and would recommend to friends and family
