"A joy of staying in a London hotel is having tea- and coffee-making facilities in your room. This hotel did NOT provide this. We were there in April and the heat was not on except for a few hours, so the room was VERY cold. We had to walk to another hotel to check in. No internet unless you paid 10 BPS (pounds) per day.
