Located at a good location in Macau Peninsular. Just beside Grand Lisboa Hotel. Walking distance to Wynn's hotel to watch the musical fountain. And also 10-15 minutes senado square and St. Paul Cathedral

Clean, large enough for additional bed in the room. It is located just behind Grand Lisboa Hotel in Macau CBD.

overall a pleasant stay, only grouse we were given a room on the smoking floor despite requesting for a non smoking one. The room seems to be much smaller than the ones we stayed in last year despite being indicated as a deluxe room, perhaps we hv been short changed.

location is very convenient.

I am very happy with the room. It's clean and spacious. Much better than I have expected. Definitely will consider staying here again. The staffs do not pay much attention of their service to the guests though. Lacation is not bad, you can easily walk to sightseeing places by foot. One negative point will be that they did not prepare a big bed for a couple for me. Instead we have 2 beds combined together in the end. According to them, the booking did not request for a big bed. From what i think might be HotelClub's communication to the hotel. Not the 1st time this had happened.

We have stayed in this hotel for 1 night. Maybe 1 or 2 of the hotel staffs can speak little english but everybody seems to be helpful and kind. We love to stay here again in our next visit to Macau.

Their beds are very hard to sleep on

Location is great. Shuttle bus timing is not accurate. Had requested to housekeeper to provide us the cottonbud and shaver however never bring at all. Chamber maid didn't clean up the room properly, left the used glass, cups on the table when we returned.

The reception staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful, Location of hotel was very convenient.

Good hotel, near most places (old town, cathedral, cheap eateries, Liboa and Grand Lisboa casino). Only point of possible improvement would be the level of English spoken by the staff. It took us 10 minutes and 2 receptionists to get a map and some info on sights, buses and walks. Also - we thought this 1 was quite funny in retrospect - we called reception for a wake-up call and asked to be woken up at "9 AM". After some hesitation on the other side of the line he asked "you want... AM?" so we confirmed "yes, 9 AM". Five mins later (it was about 2.30 AM) there was a knock on the door and two gentlemen in suit (one of them particularly smartly dressed) were looking somewhat stressed and asked us 'you rang and wanted to see the assistant manager?'. It wasn't till we explained the situation (we want a wake up call at 09.00) and they left (after promising the wake up call) that I figured it out. A.M. Assistant Manager. Oh well, we got the wake up call in the end and had a great stay!

The Beverly Plaza is well located in the middle of Macau business/casino center. If your wish is Casino, you are at the right place, same with some great Macau restaurants. The hotel is fair, reasonable big room, reasonable service (ask for management for special request thought!) walking distance of the old Macau main landmarks. Price-Service is fair , quite good for medium travel expenses. Good service for traveller, in, or close to hotel. A good place. Don't expect more, but expect OK. I can choose it again. One bad thing, the reception wasn't very friendly, but when I asked management... all change. Good service, maybe you should do the same if you needed. Certainly, don't be shy. ASK IT.

Probably not 4 stars, and the breakfast was definitly worth missing. For the price tho, decent enough, would again consider staying there if i found myself stuck in Macau again.

Very good location, close to the major casinos as well as the tourist attractions. Rooms are big too.
