Bianco Off Queen Apartments Auckland

This apartment was ok for the 2 nights that we stayed, the location was ok only about 7 minutes to the casino but it was hard to find and the car park was hard to get in and out and was very steep would not recomend parking their if you have a low car. the bed was quite hard, they had some issues with the lift and we had to wait 10 minutes to get up to our room each time we went out. Apart from that we enjoyed the breakfast the had included in our room. good value for money. Auckland has many hotels would pick another one next time.

Our stay at Bianco Off Queen was very enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and the room (standard apartment) was spacious, clean and comfortable. Considering the great value and close proximity to Auckland's CBD, we would definitely stay again.

great price and location but units need tidy up, paintwork scruffy and some of the finishing very rough. Noisy when windows open.

Hotel clean, and comfortable, and great location walking distance to main high street.

It is located in a very convenient place close to the main road and the apartments give you all what you need when traveling Maybe a bit under 4/5

Difficult to find the hotel location. The street is very short and not known to its local residence. Actually it is not too far from a city (free) bus stop.

The location is excellent: 1. great for walking to the main sites, 2. 1 block from the free turist bus, and 3. two blocks from the 24 hour bus service to/from the airport. The location is near the university with many asian restaurants neaby.

Great facilities in a self-contained apartment. Secure parking. Close to multiple dining options. Room very clean and well presented. Avoid peak check-in times if possible.

Very friendly and helpful staff.. Great cosy room. Loved it. Would stay again, but would request an upper floor instead of Ground Floor. Top value.

Excellent well equipped apartments in a quiet but central location. Good staff who know the area and are helpful. A larger desk/table for working on would be an advantage but an excellent business base whilst in Auckland.

Handy location, little noisy outside Friday and Saturday night. Overall value for money though

One bedroom aprtment was a good size room, clean and comfortable. Good value for money.

The location was great just a few minor hitches like getting around have to uswe swipe card for lift etc once this was sorted every thing ok. Will stay again

The room was perfect! very warm and set out very nicely. Was a bit hard actually finding the hotel itself, but rang the hotel and got directions who were very helpful. thank you for having us and we look forward to booking with you again in the future

Loved the room nice up to date decor. Didn't care much for the partying and drunk teens hanging out outside the hotel entrance. Quick and easy check out. If you plan on walking or going out on the town recommend a hotel further down queen st.

Clean, central with good facilities and well worth staying at. We will again.

Showers were very luke warm given a cold night but all in all, service and hotel staff are very excellent with my welcome as always :)

Great place to stay right in the CBD & to keep our family of 5 adults and 2 children together - we were upgraded to two 2 bedroom apartments which were roomy and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.
