"It was the low price and central location that attracted us to Bianco off Queen Apartments Auckland. We were pleasantly suprised to find very good facilties and service at such a great price, enjoying the flexibility that the fully equiped apartment(not usually an option in our price range!) provided us as a family as well as the much appreciated housekeeping service. The check-in staff were very helpful and provided a free upgrade when they saw we had a baby with us, saying that they thought we would like the extra space. "A beautiful apartment with wonderful staff. Location left a lot to be desired though, yes it is right next to queen st but in the student area of town, and stocking the kitchen in the appartment was difficult as I couldn't find a supermarket just small convenience stores (understocked and overpriced). If you need quality accomodation at bargain prices I highly recommend the place, but if you're after holiday luxury look elsewhere." - Anonymous
"Hotel was very noisy. There was no blind on one of the windows only frosted glass. This caused severe sleep disruption from outside lights and early morning sun. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Continental breakfast of poor quality. sachet of honey was broken and sticky as was the cupboad. Sugar and coffee not replaced

Cancellation –
No cancellation charge if the reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the arrival date will forfeit one night’s value of the accommodation BOOKED.
