This beach is excellent for windsurfing and swimming. Across the road is a splendid Putt-Putt mini golf course. Getting there:Lakes Entrance is located 317 klm east along the Princes Highway from Melbourne. We are situated two blocks from the main shopping centre and from the footbridge that leads to the famous 90-mile beach. We are on the corner of Whiters and Roadknight Street. Vline operates a train/bus service through Lakes Entrance.
Check-in Procedure:After hours check-in can be made prior to arrival by contacting Reception.
Car parking:Each unit has its own car parking space. Some units have 2 car parking spaces and some have boat parking.

A pleasant surprise after staying at big 4 Ballarat,which was so tiny and uncomfortable(broken lounge and dining chairs) Big 4 Whiters was new spacious and clean,with a decent TV,spacious living area,and separate bedrooms (2). It was also off the highway,so nice and quiet,and included a lovely sunny balcony.Would stay there again.
Inside the cottage is quite clean, and it's in good size. All the tools in kitchen are clean. In general, it's a good cottage. So I would like to come back next time when I visit Lakes Entrance.
