Getting there:BY TRAIN: When you arrive at main train station of Santa Maria Novella (S.M.N.), exit the station on the left hand side, where the pharmacy is. Cross the road, at the traffic light, turn right (you should pass a Mac Donald) and take the first left hand turn . The next left is Via Fiume and you will find Hotel Bijou 15 metres up on the left hand side. BY CAR: From highway A1, if you arrive from Bologna, take exit "Firenze nord", and follow the signs to reach the main railway station; we are just a few step away from it. If you arrive from Rome, take exit "Firenze Certosa" then same way as above. From highway A11 reach the end of it and then follow the signs to reach the main railway station. BY PLANE: From airport " Vespucci " there is a shuttle service leaving the airport every half an hour. The bus reach the railway station in 20 minutes. Cost per ticket is Euro 5. In alternative there is a taxi service.
Check-in Procedure:Check-in time: from 11:30 am. On check-in, if the room is not ready, guests can leave their baggages in hotel FREE OF CHARGE. Moreover, before departure they can also leave their baggages in hotel FREE OF CHARGE. City tax is Euro 2.00 per person per night: it's not included in the room rates.
Car parking:THE HOTEL HAS NOT A PRIVATE PARKING. A free car parking is available in the street where the hotel is located. Garage service costs Euro 20 per day (please note this service is not provided by the hotel: we have only a cooperation with a garage).

Room without lavatory pan and shower is a very bad. There are very small illuminations in the rooms. The breakfast is very poor and monotonous.
It's very close to the main train station, close to the town center. However, having to go downstairs to shower and use the restroom was inconvenient.
Chip hotel locate near the central station
Poor lighting in room, airconditioning not working, emergency exit plan incorrect. Good price for last minute deals-would not pay full price for hotel or amenities.
Good location since it nearby the station. The bedroom was quite ok and the breakfast was also included, but the bathroom need to improve.
The location of this hotel was particularly good, near the central market, train station, and many other things! Generally, this hotel is clean and the staff are willing to help. The breakfast and facilites are lacking, but in a city as magnificent as Florence, who wants to stay in their hotel?
Internet using is very expensive. :( They don't pay back money if you have to leave earlier. Good location. Staff is nice.
Although the rooms are nothing to shout about, we were pleasantly surprised by the provision of (central) heating which took the edge off the morning autumnal chill.
