"My husband and I had just finished backpacking through China, and decided to treat ourselves to a nice hotel. What we found was beyond our expectations. We experienced fantastic views from our room, really great size and facilities fir our room - it did not feel like a normally cramped hotel room- due to separate bedroom, the friendliness of the staff at all times, as well as the very close proximity to the escalator system that takes you to the heart of the SOHO, the city and the harbour. We are really glad we stayed, would definitely go back and stay again. We highly recommend." - Lucy Henderson
"if you want a cheap hotel which is well located in hongkong this is it
just be aware that the rooms are tiny
best to book a suite if possible still cheap and a little bigger
reception staff could have been a little friendlier" - dinah newhouse
"Get a harbor view suite. I booked a standard room and it was tiny, more like a ship's cabin than a hotel room. No room to unpack or put my laptop. Hong Kong is all about the view so I splurged (about US $140, still way cheaper than, say, the Mandarin Oriental) for a harbor view suite. Aah! Helpful staff. Free wireless internet is spotty, better in public areas than guest rooms. Nice, if small, outdoor pool. Decent restaurant with good buffet breakfast (not included in room price). Best thing: excellent location near the Mid-Levels escalator, perfect for exploring Central. Worst thing: sign in bathroom that said, "Water must be boiled before drinking." They supplied a small kettle for boiling. A first." - Ellen Shapiro
"i will surely pick that hotel again soon..." - Jeanne Dy
