The single room were tiny yet neat. Location is actual convenient if you're the kind that likes to exercise, as it's close to the "Central-Mid-Levels Escalator and Walkway System."
Great value for money. Situated very close to mid-levels Escalator so easy access to shops, restaurants etc.
Stand Room with Double Bed, City View
Standard Room. Single Bed with City View
Harbour View Room with Twin Bed
Harbour View One Bed Room Suite with Double Bed
great spot with small rooms
rooms were so small (even by Hong Kong standards), we had to upgrade to a suite so we could get our luggage in the room.
I really liked this hotel. The bed was VERY comfortable and the staff were very professional and curtious. The location was perfect for me, as I could just take a 30HKD (3-4USD) taxi ride to central and go anywhere that I wanted to.
The location is fantastic with a very good price. If you want to enjoy the night life at SoHo, this is the best place. It is very close from the Mid-Levels Escalator. My room was really small(single)but was very comfortable with a desk and small tv. It was reasonably clean and was quiet in the night. I will def stay again next time.
Great location, good facilities, very clean, helpful staff, would highly recoment for a weekend visit.
Small but comfortable rooms. Staff are discrete.
Very well situated wfor airport arrivals and departures and good access to transport. Upgraded to a suite and the extra space was excellent. Would highly recommend for a short or long stay.
A clean and efficient hotel only about 10-15 minutes walk from Central MTR station (using the mid level escalators) on Hong Kong island, though you can also catch a bus from the front of the hotel to Central or the ferries. The room size was satisfactory (it didn't feel "small") though clearly not large. I didn't have breakfast there so I can't comment on this. Importantly, it was good value for money, which is hard to find in Hong Kong. In short, I would have no problem staying there again (and would try to book it again if the price were similar).
The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious and good value. The room was stylish and clean. My only quibble was the lavatory, which needed a mechanical engineer to flush it. Oh, and there was no English football on the TV.
My husband and I had just finished backpacking through China, and decided to treat ourselves to a nice hotel. What we found was beyond our expectations. We experienced fantastic views from our room, really great size and facilities fir our room - it did not feel like a normally cramped hotel room- due to separate bedroom, the friendliness of the staff at all times, as well as the very close proximity to the escalator system that takes you to the heart of the SOHO, the city and the harbour. We are really glad we stayed, would definitely go back and stay again. We highly recommend.
if you want a cheap hotel which is well located in hongkong this is it just be aware that the rooms are tiny best to book a suite if possible still cheap and a little bigger reception staff could have been a little friendlier
Get a harbor view suite. I booked a standard room and it was tiny, more like a ship's cabin than a hotel room. No room to unpack or put my laptop. Hong Kong is all about the view so I splurged (about US $140, still way cheaper than, say, the Mandarin Oriental) for a harbor view suite. Aah! Helpful staff. Free wireless internet is spotty, better in public areas than guest rooms. Nice, if small, outdoor pool. Decent restaurant with good buffet breakfast (not included in room price). Best thing: excellent location near the Mid-Levels escalator, perfect for exploring Central. Worst thing: sign in bathroom that said, "Water must be boiled before drinking." They supplied a small kettle for boiling. A first.
i will surely pick that hotel again soon...
Rooms are small but if you are looking for a business hotel which is in the right location and is clean this place can work very well. But do not come here looking for luxury.
Good hotel for the price and the position. It's very close to the mid-level escalator for easy access down into central, also a bus stop out the front. They have a free shuttle bus between the airport express train station too. Rooms are very small (which I was expecting being HK), could only just wedge my suitcase into a small area, don't come with a huge amount of luggage! The hotel is clean and the staff helpful. Great views from the pool too. I'd stay there again.
The standard rooms are small. Wouldn't recommend if there are 2 people. I used the second bed for my luggage as otherwise would have had to climb over it. Beds were smaller than a single too - more like a childs. Having said that its very convenient, clean, good service, lovely pool. From what I could see the harbour view rooms were bigger and had great views!!!!
very handy for a night out in town, also great value with great views (harbour view rooms) if you're visiting the city. Very smiley & friendly staff too.
Nice place, but teeny tiny!
