Getting there:Head towards the promenade. Then head north. We are situated one mile north of North Pier. Next door to the Cliffs hotel.
Check-in Procedure:Guarenteed room check in 2pm Check out 10am.
Car parking:We have a Free Car Park to the front and side of the hotel. We ask only if you block another guest in you leave your car keys with reception, to enable the Manager to move a car should the need arrise.
Child Policy:Children between the ages of 2 and 12 are half price sharing with two adults. Children under 2 years are free of charge.
The hotel was pleasant with friendly helpful staff. Very clean and warm. The location was ideal, being a brisk walk or quick tram ride from the main nightlife and tower. The hotel was also very quiet, and had ample parking. Highly Recommended.
The service and family atmosphere of this hotel was first class.

I didn't expect too much of a victorian building, but the reception was very good, the hotel, including the bedroom and bathroom were clean and there was plenty of good English food for breakfast. The car parking was very limited, and although allocated a space, I preferred to park on the road. I didn't like my door being knocked on at ten minutes to ten, then at five minutes to ten (a.m.) to make sure I was vacating the room! Otherwise excellent value for money.

Breakfast was high quality and unmissable, hotel is at the quiet end but with a tram stop outside you are soon in the middle of the town , bar is reasonable too for a last drink , room had a 21" TV rather than a usual 14" , made to feel welcome despite it being fully booked and busy. Will stop there again next year

Arriving at the hotel, we were immediately made to feel extremely welcome. we were given tea on arrival, which after a long journey was very much appreciated. All the staff at the hotel went out of their way, to make our stay a very pleasant one.
Made very welcome as soon as we pulled up. Staff very helpful and a credit to the hotel. The rooms were very clean and tidy, it was a pleasure to stay there and will definitely stay there again. You would not have got a better hotel if it had been a 5 star. Thanks for the very nice stay.
Hotel staff were all pleasant, the hotel has recently been refurbished so was more than I expected for the price I paid. Food was nice also and the buffet style breakfast and dinner meant there was lots of choice. I would definitely recommend it.

THE STAFF WERE REALLY FRIENDLY AND THE BREAKFAST WAS EXELLENT. I WAS AMAZED BY THE SIZE AND DECOR OF THE ENSUITE IT WAS MORE LIKE A 4 STAR HOTEL THAN 2.
The hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were very polite and happy. The room was very nice, the en-suite was excellent. The bar was excellent value for money, the service was excellent also. The morning breakfast was impressive, wide choice and very good. Overall the stay was perfect, it made the weekend even more enjoyable.

Staff extremely friendly, helpful & courteous. Location meant I didn't need to use my car for entire stay as hotel well serviced by seaside tram for all local needs. Comfortable hotel rooms, great lounge sea view - refreshments available all day. Best for mature couples & families with older children as facilities limited for kids. Evening entertainment. Well stocked bar open all day.
