"I consider the Blue Bay Hotel quite a find. Budget was the main consideration and the hotel exceeded my expectations. I had a room on the 8th - top - floor with amazing views. The room was compact but beautifully decorated. I took my own kettle and hairdryer. The hotel was in an elevated postion, with many steps up from the church, or winding road, but I found this no problem - and I am a senior! I opted for the 10 Euro extensive hot and cold buffet dinner which included a large glass of wine. There is a frequent bus service to Palma (No 3) and I discovered there is a less frequent circular bus which stops just outside the hotel. "this hotel has every thing you need. it is small and freindly but it on a very steep hill with a very busy road outside on a bend so you take your life in your own hands whenever leaving but there are stairs (about a thousand) to avoid the road. there is a bus outside that will take you to the beach or into palma. there is a lot of stairs to the pool but there is a lift. very nice place." - Vikkie Lane
