The Blue Heron Beach Resort has over 280 residences one, two or three bedroom luxury condominiums. Guests enjoy a private balcony, fully equipped kitchens, full oven, and microwave. Also included in each condo -- TVs with DVD players in all rooms (including bedrooms), washer and dryer, wireless high speed Internet access, individually controlled air conditioning and heat, iron with ironing board, sleeper sofa, and alarm clock radios in all bedrooms. All bathrooms offer hair dryers, and granite countertops, while each master bath features a Jacuzzi tub. Each condo has in addition to the bedroom(s), a set of bunk-beds which is perfect for the kids. With this configuration, the one bedroom luxury accommodation is perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids (up to 130lbs). The two and three bedroom luxury accommodations have the same set up in addition to the added bedrooms.
Services and amenities include a fitness center, game room, concierge service, key access only elevators, heated pool with lap lane, kiddy pool, a hot tub and sheltered parking in the parking deck. The resort is considered a self catering facility and does not provide daily housekeeping services. Daily housekeeping can be provided at an additional charge.
Guest receive a 10% discount at the adjacent Hawaiian Rumble Adventure Mini Golf. A supermarket is also located right next to the resort with a pharmacy across the street.

Getting there:
The Orlando Int'l airport is about 10 miles away. Take the south exit/Boggy Creek Road. Turn onto 417 heading West.
Take the exit for 535 and turn right onto 535 heading north. The Blue Heron Resort is on your right just past the 'Hawaiian Rumble' Miniature Golf course before you get to I-4.
Have about $2 in change ready for the tolls on 417.
