Blue Pango Motel Port Vila

Although the hotel was further out from town than others are, buses passed by frequently and it was easy to get one into town. Its a nice place but very basic so if your looking for luxury, its definitely not for you. It has a view of a coral beach from the room and its very peaceful out there. The owner, Solomon, was very nice and helpful. Great value for money!

Don't expect buses to take you down the rough shared driveway. It will be a pleasant surprise if they do. Accommodation is very basic, but very clean and everyone is especially friendly. It's right by the sea, which is lovely and there's a pool right outside the rooms. My partner says he always had hot showers, but I never managed to get the water even slightly warm. If you like a soft bed, you won't find them here. The beds are rock-solid! There are very basic cooking facilities. Cooking can be done, but it will be a challenge with limited utensils and facilities. Considering the price though, it's a clean, comfortable place to stay and the buses go past the top of the driveway almost constantly.

Neat, cheap, clean and in a good position. Friendly staff, and transfer to the airport at the end of your stay. A recommendation to stay on a trip to Vanuatu. Note: The Motel does not take credit card, so have some cash ready to go at check-out.

My daughter & I stayed at this motel for 10 nights. It is about 6 kms from Port Vila and transport is readily available by bus. Our room was basic but comfortable. We even had airconditioning. Beautiful location with ocean views and swimming. We would recommend to anyone wanting basic budget accomodation in a quiet location. We will definately be staying again - Thanks Solamon!

Awesome place if you want a peacefull waterfront bedroom, close from the city but far enough to the crowd!!! Beautiful!!!

This place could be okay, but our stay was marred by things missing from the cooking utensils, manager although friendly, gave no change for our Aust, cash payment, no receipt. Did run us to the airport for a flight, but too dear for what was offered. Driveway very difficult to use, a long muddy track,no lighting. Good for local bus, beach not too user friendly. Very overpriced for what was offered.

it was amazing to find a beachfront place to stay at a quarter of the price of other places . i have stayed at other more pricey places on the island and to find this jewel made my vacation!! the owners pick you up, the locals working help you clean the fish you catch, the cleaners were very good even the dishes!!
