Comfortable, clean and close to everything. Very good service, helpful reception staff. I didn't have with me post code number to a place in Australia where i wanted to send postcard. Blue Peaks reception staff googled it form me with no fuss. Wheris at Mt Cook Hermitage Hotel, they would not do it form me, because their managment do not provide them with world wide access to internet. BP won me on that!

Clean, pleasent, good location lacked a view.
Great location, with a 5min walk to the heart of Queenstown! Facilities and services were fairly standard but was nothing wrong with them. Decent value all in all.
Not a bad little place, it could possibly do with being freshened up a bit, but was clean and convenient with decent facilities, very convenient for the town but a good uphill walk on the return home, not suitable for elderly or infirm.
We had a nice stay.
Great place, very happy. Disappointing with the cost of the wireless service, but I then found another wireless service for $20 per 24 hours which suited me fine. Not too far from town, although a steep hill. Rare to find a place with kitchen facilities at this price, will probably return although next time I will probably hire a campervan.
It was a pleasure to stay here. Close to town centre and we had a room with lovely views.
Great views of the Lake. The hill up to the lodge could be a little steep if you were elderly or had poor mobility. Great location otherwise only 5 minutes into town. Would recommend this property
No issues with this except that the actual does not relate to the picture on the website (which is a common complaint) Its a bit tired (in design and fitout) but roomy, clean and cosy

Close to town centre.
The luxury apartments are fantastic but the others attached to the hotel are very dated. Not to be stayed in if you want views and a modern place to enjoy, but if you want a place that is cheap, clean and in a great location with friendly helpful staff, Blue Peaks will suffice.

Large, attractive apartments, top location, well fitted out. In 6 or 7 stays there we had no complaints at all. Highly recommended.
