Getting there:From North: Take Warringah Freeway or Pacific Highway South to the Sydney Harbour Tunnel. Take the Woolloomooloo exit on the left hand side to Cowper Wharf Road. From South: Travel north on Southern Cross Drive and South Dowling Street to the Eastern Distributor to Kings Cross Exit. Go straight through set of lights in to Palmer Street, right onto Cathedral Street, left onto Bourke Street, then a right onto Cowper Wharf Road. From East: Travel west on New South Head Road to William Street. Turn right onto Palmer Street, right onto Cathedral Street, left on to Bourke Street and right again onto Cowper Wharf Road. From West: Travel east on the Western Distributor to the King Street Exit. From King Street, turn left onto Elizabeth Street then turn right onto Hunter Street. Turn left on Macquarie Street, turn right onto the Expressway. Take the Woolloomooloo exit and the hotel is on the left. Closest train station: Kings Cross 2km
Check-in Procedure:Check in is officially 3pm, but we prioritise your room should you be arrive early. The living room replaces your 'traditional Reception' and like everything else operates 24/7. The Hotel has an environmentally friendly 'Paperless' check in and therefore require a Credit Card or Cash pre-payment along with Photo identification.
Car parking:Secure Valet Parking is available upon request and is available for $40.00 for Hotel guest and $50.00 for Non-Hotel guests. *Rates are per car per night and are subject to availability*
Child Policy:Children under 12yrs using existing bedding are free of charge. Maximum occupancy is 3 people per room. Rates are based on 2 people and a 3rd person can be accommodated with a Rollaway or Sofa bed for an additional $45.00 per night.
We had wonderful service from our concierge but my husband was a bit peeved that he sent us to an expensive restairant that did not have lamb on the menu when that was what he was specifically looking for The room and view made it hard to leave. We just happened to find your name in one of the tour books and are very glad we followed through and checked it out,

You can't find a better location in Sydney!
It might be a little pricey however the location is great, the staff are lovely and the rooms are clean. Not as luxurious as some 5 star hotels, however that may be a little to do with the 'charm' of the hotel itself. I have stayed here before so I guess staying there again just proves that it is a lovely hotel
Lovely location, beautiful hotel, bar in the middle of the hotel is open until 12pm to the public and is quite noisy if you are staying in a room nearby it.

While the cost of our stay was higher then we would normally pay - both location, facilities were excellent, great place to unwind and relax - staff service and assistance was of the highest standard and to be commended.

Very cool and funky hotel. Design is just A+. The ambience of the old wharf with the new designs and decor is just superb. Room was well laid out although as it was a freebie we had a very small window and was a bit claustrophobic but the interior design was agian superb. Would've been fine for a business stay for 1 but with my wife as well was a bit cramped. Would recommend the hotel highly nonetheless.
We ate at the restaurants opposite the hotel, as we found the hotel restaurant and bar extremely expensive. This however is one of my very favorite hotels in Sydney for stunning style, service and location. I can stay there more often now due to the savings with [your website]. Thank you.
Their prices for the bar and restaurant are a little excessive and while they are appealing to a high-end crowd it did drive us out of the hotel to eat on a daily basis

A very professionally run hotel; a pleasure to stay.
You get a 5 star hotel that you would expect. The mimimalist design is not to everyones taste but we liked it even thouh it was showing some signs of aging; the door over the fridge fell off but was fixed without having to say anything.
Good hotel, but relatively too expensive.
The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. No request was too much trouble. I will stay again at this hotel.
