Situated on the Southport Broadwater looking across to Seaworld close to major shopping centres and theme parks. 2 pools,heated spa, gym, sauna & BBQ area,with full size tennis court. Transport at the door. NO KEYS WILL BE HANDED OUT UNLESS CASH BOND OF $500.00 OR VALID CREDIT AND PHOTO ID/- is presented at check in.($500.00pp Big Day Out $1000.00 for schoolies) Office hours 9-5pm Mon-Fri, Sat 9-12, Sunday & Public Holidays 9 - 11am. Getting there:Take the Smith Street exit #66 off the Motorway from Brisbane or Coolangatta which will lead you on to North Street and turn left at the set of lights cnr Marine Parade/Gold Coast Highway.You will see a 60k zone speed sign, follow the white line along the road where you can park and the line will start to taper in, when it does that is our driveway.(Driveway is sharp left) Proceed to the visitor area in the underground carpark prior to check-in at reception.

This is excellent value for money family accommodation. The apartments are well equiped and the pool and grounds very well maintained. Transport to the theme parks a little limiting / time consuming to get around and a fair distance from shopping facilities if you have no transport. All in all great value, clean, family accommodation.
A good stay. However the bed was very hard and rather uncomfortable, and there was no radio or clock in the room which was a bit disappointing.

Apartment was spacious and facilities at the resort were nice. Disappointed with the badly stained carpet - didn't like walking on it with bare feet. The apartment was advertised as air conditioned but there was only one split system air cond and it was located in the lounge and didn't reach the bedrooms.
It was a lovely place to stay but very much completely self service, which is great for families when you just want to do your own thing, it makes it feel like your in a home away from home. Great location close to shops, buses theme parks and great walking just across the road along the Broadwater. We arrived after lunch on Saturday and is was a cloak and dagger adventure to get the key and get into the place. Some residents own there own unit and live there permanently I could definately get used to that!
