"It was a lovely place to stay but very much completely self service, which is great for families when you just want to do your own thing, it makes it feel like your in a home away from home. Great location close to shops, buses theme parks and great walking just across the road along the Broadwater. We arrived after lunch on Saturday and is was a cloak and dagger adventure to get the key and get into the place. Hotel description:    Nine year old resort complex fully self contained 1 & 2 bed Units/2 bed villas with 2 bathrooms. Situated on the Southport Broadwater looking across to Seaworld close to major shopping centres and theme parks. 2 pools,heated spa, gym, sauna & BBQ area,with full size tennis court. Transport at the door. NO KEYS WILL BE HANDED OUT UNLESS CASH BOND OF $500.00 OR VALID CREDIT AND PHOTO ID/- is presented at check in.

Office hours 9-5pm Mon-Fri, Sat 9-12, Sunday & Public Holidays 9 - 11am. Please call office 24 hours to discuss late check in procedure.

Getting there: Take the Smith Street exit #66 off the Motorway from Brisbane or Coolangatta which will lead you on to North Street and turn left at the set of lights cnr Marine Parade/Gold Coast Highway.You will see a 60k zone speed sign, follow the white line along the road where you can park and the line will start to taper in, when it does that is our driveway.(Driveway is sharp left) Proceed to the visitor area in the underground carpark prior to check-in at reception.
Check-in Procedure: Check-in from 3.00PM Checkin after 5.00pm Mon-Fri/12pm Sats/11.00am Sundays please phone the resort prior to arrival to obtain late check in procedures. NO KEYS WILL BE LEFT OUT UNLESS CREDIT CARD DETAILS ARE GIVEN OR CASH BOND $500.00 AND PHOTO ID. ($100.00 pp for schoolies)
Car parking: Secured undercover parking with 24 hour video surveillence.
One allocated parking spot per apartment.
Child Policy: A person is considered to be a child up to 12 years of age.
