At Blue Waters Apartments you will experience a holiday that will provide you with great memories for years to come. We are located on the foreshore of the Gold Coast's famous Broadwater, close to all the tourist attractions and activities the Gold Coast is famous for. Being away from the hustle and bustle of central Surfers Paradise, families and seniors enjoy our quiet location, along with our relaxing pool which is set amidst our tropical gardens.

Getting there:If you are driving to the Gold Coast you will be on the Pacific Hwy. Take the Helensvale South Exit 62 to Labrador/Southport. You will be going East. After about 10 km you will come to a set of lights where you have to turn either left or right. Ahead of you is the water (Broadwater). Turn right. After about 300m you will come to a set of lights. On this corner you will see the Grand Hotel. Turn left into Marine Parade. Marine Parade follows the Broadwater and after about 1km you will see Blue Waters Apartments on your Right at 220 Marine Parade.
Check-in Procedure:Check-in is from 12.30pm onwards. Call us if you expect to be earlier than this as we can often have your room ready earlier. If you plan to arrive after 5.30pm (Mon-Sat) or after 1.30pm (Sun), please contact us for the late arrival procedure. Please note that a Credit Card inprint or $100 cash (refundable) is required for security upon check-in.
Car parking:Underground security car parking is provided for each apartment
Child Policy:Blue Waters is a very family friendly resort. There is a wonderful park opposite with lots of play equipment for children. Pricing is for up to 4 persons (regardless of age) using the available bedding. A 5th person is provided with a rollaway bed (if aged 2 yrs or older) at a cost of $20/night, or a port-a-cot (if aged under 2 yrs) at a cost of $10/night ($40/week).
Everything was great except for the noise from the stairs and hallway. Front door to units need to have something fixed to bottom of door inside so the noise does not come through. At the moment it has 2.5cm gap. Room was lovely clean and tidy.
We only had a short stay but everything associated with our booking was great. The management were friendly and helpful. The unit was well equipped and spacious. The complex was well maintained and easily accessed from Marine Parade. Terriofic pool on site and great walking opposite in the parkland fronting the Broadwater.
Fully Self-Contained 2 Bd Apt. Queen sized main bedroom with ensuite, second bedroom with twin beds. Main bathroom, Laundry, Full sized family kitchen (all appliances). Cable TV, DVD Player, Air Conditioning. Sleeps 4 with existing bedding, can sleep a 5th person on a rollaway bed for an additional AUD$20/night. Serviced weekly.

Nice place but a bit pricey even with the discounted rates
Excellent accomodation choice for a stay on the Gold Coast. Easy access to most local attractions and the units are clean and with, features like clothes dryers, washing machines, and dish washers in the apartment, it makes things much easier.
