Good friendly hotel

Pros-Good location,Market Sq,Kazimiez,main bus/train station(all 5-10-12 mins walk).Room was fine (attic room,no 52 I think),spacious,with TV & CD/Radio,2 ring cooker/kettle/fridge.2 electric storage heaters which I could control the temp on (stayed in Hotels before that can be either too warm or too cold). Same for hot water, constant supply (again, stayed in hotels before where water is tepid/lukewarm).Staff spoke good English & helpful. Very helpful red haired lady on reception when I arrived. Cons-Like many hotels, could hear people next door (building seems to be a mix of private apts and Bluebells, but heard no excessive noise). Had to leave hotel key at reception every time one left to go out, again a minor gripe.No microwave/oven.Breakfast room very small Summary-For my needs,was fine.Some reviews about poor breakfast but was fine for me as they had tea/ceral/buns. Overall,good value for money.On main street,fact I was on top floor could not hear much from outside.

The best place i have stayed so far. Walkable distance to Market Square. They work with Seekrakow a tour company which i loved them to pick me from my door. (saw Aushwitz and the salt mine) But most important!!! Read it carefully. The best is the people Who tries to help you and they are so welcoming. Knows how to fix the mistakes. I GAVE 11 OVER 10 to the crew! Cheers to Left handed beauty...
