nice facility, construction around the hotel is a little troubling to get there. But overall I recommend highly.

We found that the Bonnington Towers staff to be very, very helpful & well informed. We hired their driver for a 5/6hr tour, what a lovely man & what an informative trip. The apartment was really good, we had a one bedroom apartment, this had a well equiped kitchen, dishwasher etc., slept 4 (bed settee), bathroom & powder rooms etc. The taxi service was very efficient & the metro was about 4 mins walk away.Our stay here was more than pleasant.

Staff were exceedingly heplful and pleasant - they went the extra mile each time you asked for assistance. Hotel was very well equipped and spacious. Taxis are required to get round but are plentiful and very reasonably priced. I would certainly stay there again.

I can not say that we did not enjoy our stay at the Bonnington, but would we stay there again..? Most definitely not. The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous and attentive. Our main problems were, 1). The in-house internet gave us nothing but problems. Even when we had an IT technician in to look at our link up and set up, he received 2-3 calls about other people in the hotel having problems. I finally refused to the management to pay for any internet usage... which in about 5 minutes we had great internet connectivity and I thought all problems were behind us. Regretfully, it fell off in about 30 minutes and never came back. 2). During our time of stay (Dec. 2010), there was much left to be done with regards to completion of buildings and roads, which provided awkward access to the hotel, but knowing Dubai, this problem will eventually be sorted out. 3). The pool and Jacuzzi were great but no gym.

Absolutely Beautiful Hotel!

Pros: amazing covered outdoor pool, good facilities for kids, very nice rooms and in room facilities, we got it for a very cheap price which was great. It does meet 5 star standard. Cons: not enough lifts! They are very slow and take ages. Lots of construction in the area which makes it all a bit dusty. Seem to run out of hot water on 2 occasions!

The hotel is advertised as located near the marina, but is actually in a ghostly side of town where half the buildings are under construction or where construction projects are abandoned. There are no shops or cafes around the hotel and you ll need about 10 to 15min in a cab to go to the marina. The room was very nice with a great bathroom. Yet, the airconditioning is not adjustable and in my room it was set at 18degC and it took me to complain 2 times before they came to reset it at 21degC. Also the water temperature was never warmer than slightly lukewarm. I would not recommend staying there.

Difficult to find. We drove around for 1 1/2 hrs trying to find find the hotel and than needed assistence from the hotel manager. Very well presented hotel with excellent service. Would definitely stay again and hopefully the detours will be fixed.

Brand new hotel great room and staff. Buffet breakfast very expensive at 30us and as the pool is in the shade. Not for sun lovers. Apart from that it was very nice.

A brand new appartment hotel, near the marina. taxi to Bur Dubai cost 60 lokal money. It is very modern style and good quality. Breakfast execelent!

The hotel is quit new and they had some problems with their elevators. OK hotel.

This hotel has only just opened about 3 months ago but you would not know it. Work, they say is still on going but only 2 months to go, do not let this put you off. Staff very friendly, rooms are excellent and pool is very nice indeed. in a very good postion near Jumeriah beach, they have a coutesy mini bus twice a day which goes to 4 different areas, this is a good way of getting about and it is free! I would Defineately recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dubai.

We stayed here to break up a long trip. We stayed in the apartments. It had everything you could want. We have a baby and found it very convenient. It had a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and a separate living room. The pool area was excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming to our baby. On arrival we were bought traditional tea and dates, which seemed like a lovely touch. Our only complaint would be the temperature control was broken in our room and they actually lent us a heater. It seemed as if this was a frequent problem. Be aware that internet access in rooms is very slow but there is a faster connection downstairs which is worth asking about. I would definitely stay at this hotel again but not at the full rack rate.

I was pleasantly surprised with this property. Was extremely disapointed with getting there from the airport, the taxi driver drove around for an additional 25-30 minutes once we got the the location to acutally find the hotel. It is a new area and not marked very well yet. I am sure in time that this will all be sorted out. The hotel staff and service made up for this though!

Great hotel with modern and clean rooms, a great leisure deck, and fantastic service! Dubai Marina Beach is 5 min by taxi and Dubai city is 15-20 min.

Excellent hotel, everything you would expect of a 5* hotel and more. Even during the soft opening period the service was superb. Would not hesitate to recommend.
