Boreal Hotel Nice

The room was small but clean, the location is great with easy access to shopping, tram and the beach. And best of all, the staff could not be nicer or more helpful. They went out of their way to help when I temporarily lost my bag that had ALL of my ids, credit cards and passport. Loved them would stay again in a heartbeat.

Close to all the action with spacious rooms and good breakfast.

Just met expectation of a 3-star hotel. Location is very good.

A very small and noisy room, but were able to change without any problems. Nice surroundings, good access to communications and lots of genuine shops in the area.

The Hotel was comfortable with a good breakfast and in a good location. Loved it. Would go back.

Reception staff are very friendly.If you are renting car donot go to this hotel. Parking is a problem nd the one way system of streets around hotels makes it hard to get to it. We booked a double room and requesting for baby cot. first night they gave us a room too small that we couldnt put up the baby cot. second night got a room with single beds meaning we had to sleep seperate. finally after twice moving our cases to different floors we got a decent size double room for all of us. Breakfast is basic but very good. Be aware that they charge tax fee in addition to hotel price when you check out.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Quite a treck to the prom but still in a good location. Rooms are air conditioned and in August this is a must. Our bathroom did not have a shower screen (this seems to be regular in France) but wasnt too much of a problem.

A great little hotel, very cosy, decorated with taste and and a local touch, warm welcome, friendly and helpful, great location ( off main Bd Jean Medecin, half-way between station and beach less than 10mn walking distance), I'll be back!

Staff was very friendly! Clean hotel in a central location in Nice, just off the main shopping street. I can recommend staying in this hotel!

We stayed at this hotel in May 2008 for 4 days and found it to be very well situated with trams, buses and trains and all attractions within a short walk away. Our room although not huge was immaculately clean and very pleasant as was the rest of the hotel, the reception staff were very welcoming and all spoke English. Breakfast was an adequate continental one with as much hot coffee/tea as you wished. We would definitely stay there again and have recommended it to our friends for their short break to Nice.

Nice and friendly hotel. When arriving by car, impossible to unload in front of the hotel due to the narrow street and other car(s) parked before the frontdoor. To unload you have to enter the underground parking of a shoppingcentre and carry your suitcases to the hotel. Good but simple breakfast buffet. Very helpful staff.

Great staff and superb location with walking distance to everythin ang in a quiet street.. Never tried beakfeast, slept too long:=)

This was a real find as it was inexpensive, clean and the staff at the desk were very helpful. They spoke English and recommended some excellent tours and places to eat. The rooms were neat and had all the facilities needed. There was a really good restaurant next door and the hotel was within walking distance of all the interesting places to see in Nice. We really enjoyed our stay.
