Getting there:By plane : Use the shuttle bus untill the wilson place, very closed to the hotel. By Train : From the Matabiau station, cross boulevard, and as soon as you are in Rue BAYARD, go down and turn left in Caffarelli street. By car : Use the direction GARE MATABIAU or City center. Take the Rue Bayard and turn right in the caffarelli street.

Well located (about 10 minutes from Toulouse downtown). However, the Boreal hotel is poorly soundproofed.
The hotel is located right in the centre of town, walking distance from everywhere. Staff are welcoming and while the facilities are basic they match the price and represent excellent value (though we ended up paying 89 euros with Breakfast and dog supplements above the 66 advertised rate, don't know where our 10 euro deposit went). The shower was very small.
