This stay was such a fantastic surprise. We had obviously picked it due to its proximity to Angkor Wat. The grounds and room were beautiful and clean. The staff were incredibly welcoming and fantastic. We wanted for nothing. After a full day at the temples it was nice to spend time by the pool and enjoy their fantastic spa services.
Very nice stay! Management was excellent, very helpful and extra kind. Really a beautiful experience. Warmly recommended
Our stay at Borei was amazing. The hotel was fantastic and the pool and spa facilities were great. Very friendly and helpful staff who provided us with assistance for everything we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Siem Reap.
EXCELLENT. Extremely impressed with staff and hotel. From the beginning to end of our stay. Friendly, attentive staff. We had a problem with our bathroom sink and they immediately came up to our room and fixed it on the spot. Spacious ultra clean room and bathroom. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap.
Hotel was great for the price, the staff were friendly, facilities were great. The buffet breakfast was good with many choices. The hotel packed a breakfast box for us on the morning we left early for sunrise, which was nice. Be sure to ask the hotel if you leave early and can't return to the hotel for breakfast. The only negative is that it was a little far (for walking) from the main street, and market, however you can always get a ride on the tuk tuk for $1 USD pp to the market.
Nice rooms, nice facilities, friendly staff- an enjoyable stay
This Hotel was very nice with a an excellent resturaunt, the food was very good especially the breakfast. The rooms are large and are very well appointed and pool is excellent actaully the whole hotel was excellent but it was a tad expensive but you get what you pay for.
The staff were utterly wonderful. They made us feel very welcome. When we needed local knowledge they provided excellent advice. Unlike other situations in Asia (Vietnam, Hong Kong, Macau), we didn't feel as if we were being ripped off. Although the meals were not completely brilliant, they were were tasty, generous and reasonably priced and... far better than in Vietnam, where they charged twice the price for crap. Even though I'm often hard to please, I would recommend Borei to anyone. The complimentary breakfasts were very good (try their perfect omlettes) and I really appreciated the free shuttle to the airport early in the morning upon checking out. I still prefer travelling to Bangkok where food and accommodation is cheaper and the whole situation is more fun...but the Borie Hotel almost made me change my mind. Really...this hotel is excellent value.
this is probably in my top 3 hotels i have stayed in around asia everything, rooms ,staff, pool, breakfast and evening meals just absolutely fabulous nothing is to much trouble and it is only a $2.00 trip to pub street, and the hotel tuk tuks are cheaper to hire than the outside tuk tuks and a market 5 minutes walk up the road i would definitely stay here again wonderful
The restaurant's service is excellent: the food is very delicious and the waiters are extremely friendly.
The hotel and our entire experience were excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. Our top floor room and balcony were beautiful, the breakfast outstanding and the staff very friendly and helpful, around the clock. We decided at 2AM that we wanted a driver for an early tour of the temples, and they had a great one waiting for us at 6:30AM after calling our room at 5:30AM to confirm. Very impressive.
Everything was very good especially the friendly staff
A cracking hotel all round. I would definatley stay there again.
Great hotel in every aspect. Breakfast is exceptionally good. Good value for money. Strongly recommended.
Very friendly staff and nice hotel for a stay in Siem Reap. Staff very informative and helpful to organize and facilitate all requirements you may have. The menu in the restaurant looks promising, the food does not meet the expectations. A nice bar on the 4th floor to relax after a day strolling at Ankor.
Great staff. Showers were only hot for about a minute then turned extremely cold. Service was fantastic!
We stayed in a Landmark room and loved every moment of it - very professional and friendly service - beautiful room and great swimming pool. The food was fantastic too. Would love to stay there again.
Beautiful hotel with a lovely swimming pool. Well worth it. Short tuk tuk ride into the town. I would stay here again.
Very good service.
