A brand new apartment on the 5th floor of a XIX century building in the “Borne” (one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Barcelona). The restoration of the building was finalized in July 2002 and includes the installation of an elevator that leads directly into the air-conditioned apartment with its beautiful original wooden beams. Two balconies with colorful flowers facing pedestrian streets fill the apartment with warm Mediterranean light. The apartment offers the exclusive use of a large terrace on the roof of the building with a wonderful view of the city.
The apartment is divided into two spacious rooms. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a bathroom with a double shower. The living room, with a sofa-bed, leads into an open kitchen with all amenities.

Getting there:
The apartment is excellently located in a quite part of the “Borne”, next to the “Convent de San Agustí”, the Chocolate Museum, and a stone’s throw away from the Picasso Museum and the famous “Parc de la Ciutadella”.
Check-in Procedure:
Guests have to contact the office of Visit Barcelona 24 hours prior to arrival, to organize the check in at the apartment. Check ins are made from 15:00 onwards. We will try to accommodate the client earlier if possible. (luggage drop off is available at the office)
PLEASE NOTE: For check ins after 18:00 hours there is a fee of EURO 20, and for those arriving after 01.00 (AM) there is a fee of EURO 35, which is payable upon check-in.
