The estate is located in the beautiful and unblemished area of the “Crete Senesi” surrounding Siena, precisely in the typical Medioeval village of Lupompesi. The “borgo” has ancient origins, it dates back to the times where the Etruscan dwelled the region, before the Roman occupation.
The Residence includes 14 apartments, all different in size, all managed as hotel (the rates include breakfast and daily cleaning), it is a family run business and we make sure every need of our hosts is satisfied. A private parking is also available, the vast garden surrounding the swimming pool is an exquisite feature that our guests enjoy as for relaxing and refreshing after the days spent visiting the sites nearby.
The structure offers a bar and a nice restaurant that serves typical Tuscan cuisine and the wine list includes a vast selection of regional wines (180 labels). Separate entrance to the apartments offers maximum privacy for all your intimate moments. |

From Florence: A1 motorway (autostrada del sole) exit Florence-Certosa, towards Siena. Exit at Siena South and follow the indications for road SS2, towards Rome. After about 15 Km, you will arrive to Monteroni d’Arbia, follow on and just before the town of Lucignano d’Arbia take a right turn towards Vescovado di Murlo; after about 8 Km turn right again towards Casciano di Murlo: 1 Km further down you’ll see the board of the Residence Bosco della Spina in the little village of Lupompesi, on your left. • From Rome: A1 motorway (autostrada del sole) exit at Valdichiana and follow the directions for road SS326, direction for Siena. After about 20 Km, turn left-direction Cassia SS1, Monteroni d’Arbia, Buonconvento. You’ll pass Monteroni d’Arbia, 1 km further down turn right towards Vescovado di Murlo; after about 7/8 Km turn right again, towards Casciano di Murlo; after about 1 km: you’ll see the board of the Residence Bosco della Spina in the little village of Lupompesi on your left. |
