"Lovely hotel in an excellent location in Gubbio. Staff directed me to a free parking lot nearby, and were quite helpful. Breakfast was a bit minimal, but acceptable. Rooms were spacious by Italian standards. The Sky TV was a pleasant plus.

This old-style hotel occupies the central Palazzo Raffaelli. The building is located in the historic centre of Gubbio, near the Cathedral, Palazzo dei Consoli, many historical churches and few steps away from Piazza della Signoria.
The breakfast room is delightful, a small room with frescoed ceilings. The hotel has 30 rooms, all of them en suite, with mini bar, direct phone and TV. Standards rooms vary in size and are comfortably though soberly decorated with heavy wooden furniture.
The restaurants Taverna del Lupo and Bosone Garden are located a walking distance from the hotel. Conference centre (about 200 places) is situated 5 minutes from the hotel. The hotel has 2 meeting rooms (about 50 places).

Coming from North: Highway A1: exit Arezzo (96 Km from Gubbio) and take the state road E45 direction Perugia-Cesena, exit Bosco and follow the direction to Gubbio (30 Km)
Coming from South: Highway A1: exit Orte (120 Km) and take the state road E45 direction Perugia-Cesena, exit Bosco and follow the direction Gubbio (30 km).
Arriving in Gubbio, direction to the centre, you will be nearby the Roman Theatre. Turning on the left hand side you are in front Santa Lucia's gate. Go straight through this gate and pass the second gate in front of you. You will be in Via Capitan del Popolo. Turn on the right and follow the one way road (Via Vantaggi, Piazza S. Martino, Via dei Consoli) Cross the big square called Piazza della Signoria and you will be in Via XX Settembre. The hotel is at the beginning of this road on the right hand side. |

When you arrive you can come in Piazza 40 Martiri and you can contact the hotel. A staff member will show where to park and accompany you to the hotel. The car park is available at an additional cost and is located 150 metres from the hotel. The hotel garage is found outside the city walls and is available at an additional cost.
