Botany Beach Resort Pattaya

A nice Hotel located 20 minutes from Pattaya Beach. Shuttle bus service to Mike mall cost 60baht. Only downside is restaurant not so great and a little pricy. Having said that there is a new russian run restaurant near the botanic villas and is a great improvement although menu is a little limited in my veiw. Downside is no taxi's outside so you need to get the hotel to call one and they are cheeky to add a surcharge so works out expensive. Better to book in Pattaya the night before, as with most things haggle the price down if you can, they can smell Farangs baht! Pools are great fun and never really close, however the poolside bar closes too early, best to get some beers etc from the numerous seven eleven stores and take you own down. This Hotel is very popular with the russians who are freindly enough. Some nice veiws from the beach at night.

Nice and quiet hotel, good rooms and service

There is a lot of building going on at the moment around this hotel so it may have tainted my comments however I was not happy with the service received particularly in the resturant. We ordered two meals and 1 came and finally we gave up waiting for the other. No good explanation from the staff and nobody seemed to care either. However breakfast there is ok but that is self service. Rooms not particularly clean and overall I was disappointed. However one redeeming feature it had a great swimming pool and the hotel is located on the beach so walking was good albeit lots of litter everywhere which in other nearby hotels that fronted the sea, they had cleaned.

Location is great. What to say more, go and experience. Beach, massage, restaurent, breakfast swimming pool, everything was excellent.

I stayed in this beautiful resort for 3 days and enjoyed my stay very much. They have 2 very large clean swimming pools with botanical gardens everywhere. The only problems I had was that my room wasn't ready when we arrived and we had to wait 1 hour for it to be cleaned (at 4pm) and we had arranged an extra bed which also took another hour after my call to the front desk to remind them of my booking arrangements. The hot water didn't alway run hot (just warm on 2 of the 3 days) but the large bathroom (onsuite) was the biggest nd the best I have ever seen. Yes..great resort..I will come again.

The room is good in both size and decoration. The breakfast provided is good and have many varieties. The staff are helpful and very nice.

I was well looked after by all staff and I will go back to the Botany. Nice place and nice rooms.
