Getting there:Travelling from Auckland International or Domestic Airports follow Motorway # 20 until the Queenstown Road Exit. Turn right into Pah Road which then turns into Manukau Road. At the junction where Manukau Road, Great South Road, St Marks Road,Broadway and Alpers Avenue (one way) meet, take the left turn into Alpers Avenue and move into the right hand lane as the Boulevard Hotel is on the right hand side. If heading north on State Highway # 1 take the Market Road exit. Turn left into Market Road, get into the right hand lane and turn right into Great South Road. Follow straight ahead into Alpers Avenue (one way) and stay in the right hand lane as the Boulevard Hotel is on the right hand side of Alpers Avenue. If travelling south along state highway # 1 take the Gillies Avenue turn off. Turn left into Gillies Avenue, then first right into Mortimer Pass, then right into Broadway and lastly right into Alpers Avenue. Drive Carefully and we look forward to seeing you soon!

A small but very friendly hotel, the rooms are very clean and the bed very comfortable. When the resaurant opens, this will move from a very good hotel to and excellent one. I found this hotel through the Mercy Hospital accommodation list. Because I am unfamiliar with Auckland, the staff kindly ordered a taxi to take me to my Hospital appointment. I am sure I will return, and would recommend it to others.
I did find that the traffic noise was quite noticiable - to the point where I was sure that I had a window open.

Reception not well serviced Left waiting at the counter twice once when checking in and then when checking out. Was late arriving because of delayed flights and was told no room service available after 9.00pm - disappointing given we arrived at 9.20pm
Good location and Good Value for Money
Staff were very friendly and the service was great. Food in the restaurant was superb and good value for money. The room we stayed in was clean and well equipped, however the decor is a little tired and in need of refurbishment.
Just as well the receptionist was so nice otherwise I probably would have checked out. Room smelt eggy, no microwave as stated on booking, no hairdryer, tiny room, big stain in bath
Excellent location. Fresh fruit in the room was a nice touch. Very friendly helpful staff.
Very uncomfortable bed, both my boyfriend & had the worst sleep in years.
From when we arrived the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. We certainly would go back and would recommend others to stay there.
Bit off the beaten track, but a nice enough place. There maybe balconies but the views aren't up to much. Fairly handy for local shopping, but not much good for sight seeing.
