"Arrive to find our unit positioned overlooking the bin and the carpark and full of mozzies, after complaining we were moved to a different room, better location but equally unclean. The plumbing was terrible - made an awful sound and you could hear whenever your neighbours turned a tap on or walked up their stares. Location was perfect though, wouldn't have picked anywhere else in Coffs Harbour, the beach had lifeguards and the pools were nice although cold. Restaurant was a little pricey but the cafe was OK. Overall quite an average place but lovely location and we needed the holiday!" - Lisa Davies
