Check-in Procedure:Reception hours: Mon-Sat 8.30am-5pm. Sun 8.30-3.30pm. Guests checking-in outside of reception hours must call the resort direct to arrange after hours key collection. PHOTO ID & CREDIT CARD IMPRINT REQUIRED UPON CHECK IN.
Car parking:Underground secure parking for holiday guests and there is limited off street parking for guest visitors. Entry to the building is via Thornton Street.
Child Policy:Apartments will accommodate a maximum of 1 extra person (adult or child) @ $35.00per/night. One infant can stay free in either apartment using existing bedding. Baby cot available for hire $10 per night or part thereof. Air-conditioning available on request
Great location just across the road from a patrolled beach and surf club with great meals. Only a 10 minute walk to the heart of surfers paradise. The rooms were large with a great view from the balcony. The outdoor and indoor pool were greart for different options. The decor is slightly dated but for the price we were very please. Would gladly stay there again.
We enjoyed our holiday, Acapulco was a great place to stay. It was a great resort in a great location. Maybe needing a small revamp though. As mentioned on the survey card, there was no curtain in the second bathroom & one of the outside furniture chairs was broken. Thanks.

We felt that this resort was well over-priced for the condition and state of the unit The unit had a lovely view overlooking the beach but we had to clean the windows to see it! The cutlery drawers were very dirty & unit was very tired.

The location was great, opposite the beach, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Security was very high, 2 bedroom unit was large and open and the staff helpful and friendly. Would recommend this accomodation
beautiful view, very large apartment
Very spacious apartment, air conditioned only in main lounge but 6th floor has great sea breeze to cool apartment, 5th bed provided to suit our family needs of 5 people when booked, although hotel discrepency with that bed on arrival, all sorted and worked out with very comfy brand new foldaway bed provided as booked in the end. Brilliant location right opposite the beach. Stayed on 6th floor, adequate for location, perfect views of the ocean and beach over the 2 story surf club across the road. Laundry facilities in our apartment. Located Right close to heart of surfers main beach main events area. Needed longer to appreciate the full amenities of pool and spa. Internet not free though, nor in the apartment. Elevators from basement locked garage to top floors. Recommended stay for larger families of 4-5 is great but no more room for extra beds.

Allocated to a very beautiful 2 bedroom apt facing the sea. Will not hesitate to book here again.
