Check-in Procedure:Check in at 477 Chapel Road for both the hotel and the apartments. If you are staying in an apartment, you must then walk to the building next door.

Child Policy:0-10 yrs of age are free of charge when sharing with paying adults, using the existing bed configuration. If roll away bed is required, $35.00 charge per night will apply.

The service and room was fantastic, the 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and perfect for the weekend.

Located at Pacific International Apartments (200 metres from Pacific International Hotel) are our Two Bedroom Apartments, (one bedroom has a Queen size bed and the second bedroom has either 1 King or 2 Single beds). Spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and balcony. Ideal for 2-4 people (max 6 people).
The hotel reception was efficient and helpful. The first room smelt smoky and had one king bed despite having asked for a twin room. Room we were moved to was very quiet, clean but dated. Bed comfortable, TV antiquated and no remote control or kettle in room but these were supplied promptly. We just needed a place to sleep one night so we were happy enough. Restaurant was not open sunday for breakfast which might have been inconvenient if we had wanted breakfast. I guess for the rate we paid it was OK.
The hotel was all we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The only thing I found as with a lot of hotels - you couldn't open a window and had to rely on the aircon which was a bit loud. Otherwise it was fine.

Our room was very clean. well appointed and quiet. It was nice to have a bath too. Our only complaint was that we had twin beds instead of a double or queen. It was also good to have undercover of street parking.
I stayed on a Saturday. The hotel bar and restaurant were closed all day, no meals were available. The nearest restaurants were some distance away. Having no car it was very inconvenient to go for food and drinks. I will not be staying here again.
Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant not great but Hotel is close to a reasonable variety of restaurants. Clean and comfortable.
No Access to broadband internet. Only supports Dial up in the apts.
I like the ideal of having Double bed and extra single bed in the couple room, this really good for just incase situation is going with a couple, a male alway have a place to sleep not on the floor. Will visit next time if I am in sydney, but hopefully the price will be a bit more better if stay here for more then 2 days though. One bad thing about the facility is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Beside that everything else are good ;-).
Clean hotel, with friendly reception staff, although they could not borrow us a pair of scissors to cut off some tags. Rooms are a good size clean and tidy. Hotel is dated and old but apart from that fine to stay in.
I injured my foot on a approx. 2cm lip going in to the kitchen. I was holding my baby and was lucky to avoid injuring him. I cut my foot and it was quite painful.
Loved the room and location.
The location of the hotel is excellent location for attending the Velodrome and access to the Bankstown shopping area and resturants.
In the main drag of Bankstown, very conveniently located for Sydney's south west.
The apartment was very nice, modern and large-it had a queen bed in each bedroom plus a pullout sofa in the loungeroom. We had a great stay.
ROOM SERVICE TOOK QUITE A WHILE, BAR SERVICE WAS A BIT SLOW. OVERALL GOOD STAY WOULD STAY AGAIN IF IN THE AREA.
This a small hotel, however it meets the expected standard for 4 star rating. It is close to public transport (rail/bus) and to a good range of social/entertainment clubs. A good place to stay if you don't want the hustle and bustle of the centre of the city (which is easily reached via public transport).
Very quiet, well located motel. Comfortable rooms, no late night staff for room service food or drinks. Staff helpful and pleasant.
