Lovely gardens and excellent bbq facilities, the pool outdoors does'nt get the morning sun.Location near the beach is great,central to the shops etc.Our room being a one bedroom was very spacious.Overall not a bad place to stay, rates reflect age and style of the buiding...

Having paid nearly $500 for 2 nights we were so disappointed with the apartment as it had no AIRCON - we were up on the 17th floor (not overlooking beach) and so the windows could not open further than an inch. It was like a sauna the celiing fans were old and inefective not too mention noisy when up on maximum. It was SO uncomfortable - having young children made for disturbed sleep and on the 2nd night we actaully moved the mattresses and slept in the lounge area hoping for a breeze from the balcony. The apartment was dated and very basic. Apparently aircon is not a requirement - however we have never stayed anywhere with 3half rating in Queensland and not had Aircon. It wasnt a comfortable stay at all.

after checking in the first room was not clean, carpets were dirty (not vaccummed)and bathroom had dirty foot prints on floor, after being moved to another room it inproved slightly except for finding a huge toe nail in the bedroom draws, showers could use some exit mould as well. position central to all gold coast attractions but if you stay here you should insist on a room that is directly facing the beach as the view makes the uncleanliness bareable.

Will definately stay at this hotel again. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and were pleased with the size of the room and that it had an internal laundry with washer and dryer, full kitchen facilities (no dishwasher though), foxtel and reverse cycle aircon. Reception was friendly and made us feel very welcome and were quick to help us with any needs or enquiries we had.

Very friendly staff. We booked 2, two bedroom apartments and they made our stay enjoyable. Very comfortable, large apartments. Would stay there anytime I went to the Gold Coast.

hotel was in an ideal location. all amenities were available and staff were very friendly. room was clean and comfortable.

Great Location and clean, the only comment is that is smelled rather musty all round, could have been an age fact?

Nice big rooms, slightly old fashioned, however VERY dirty. Actual MUD on the floor, all china crockery etc filthy, dirty bathrooms. Would not return.

These are very tidy,well equipped and spacious appartments just 200 mtrs from the central mall in Surfers Paradise. Certainly can recommend.

We stayed at the resort for two nights the reception staff were very helpful any question we had they had an answer for and organised everything we asked for straight away it was a very good experience.

Amazing beach front view and easy walk to the beach. Receptionist very nice and helpful.

Perfect location - across road from patrolled beach, only a few blocks from central Surfers Paradise.

Gorgeous location! Views were to die for! The price us was much less than we ever thought it would be! We would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit the Gold Coast.
