Good family and couples accomodation, fantastic pool and facilities and close to shopping, casino, resturants and only 150 meters to beach.

Stayed here for girls weekend away, was all we wanted and more great place and facilities. close to everything we wanted to do.

No elevator and dated decor

The place was hany to everything and the staff really helpfull.

A wonderful experience all round.

We found our apartment to be quite dirty in both bedroom - windowsills were very grimy. There was one bedside light tucked away in a cupboard but it did not have a globe. The pillows were extremely hard and the bed coverings insufficient. The rceptionist who initially received our complaints (one morning) failed to do anything and so we had to re-approach reception ther next morning and spoke to a different receptionist who carried out our request promptly. On the positive side the apartment was roomy and the balcony was a good size. Husband would consider returning to this resort.

we had a wonderful stay. The pools were just fabulous and the BBQ area always clean and very user friendly. The location is awesome as we did not have a car but could walk everywhere. I would definately book here again and hope to do so in a few years when we save up for our next holiday.

The unit I stayed in had a strong mildew smell eminating from the ensuite showerhead attached to the double bedroom, along with two holes in the bathroon wall that had not been repaired since the bathroom showercurtain had been replaced with glass-sliding doors. In addition there were missing skirting boards from the double bedroom. This made the property look poorly managed/maintained. I have stayed here twice in the past and now would not recommend the accommodation to others.

Great place to stay - family orientated great pool and rooms very spacious - good walking distance to shops, casino etc. Would highly recommend - would certainly stay there again.

The family/communal aspect of the pool area is exceptional and even though it was winter I could see how this would become the hub of relaxation in Summer. Pool and spa and childrens play area excellent. The room accomodation was okay. Leaking taps were a problem. The reception staff (only one in particular) was abrasive and unfriendly and unhelpful both in person and on the phone. This person needs retraining to realise that she is working in the service industry and HOSPITALITY is what this industry is about. I would stay again for the facility but would be reluctant to interact with that staff member.

Great lagoon pool and kids pool. Visitors parking is also available and the location just off the main highway allows for easy street parking as well. Only 10mins walk to all facilities.

Diamond beach resort is a good family base from which to explore from, the appartments are spacious and very well equipped to a high standard. Pool area is very good for the kids for all ages. Beach is 2 minutes walk and also nearby is a fabulous shopping mall that has everything from grocery stores to pet shops and is a 5 min walk away Only downside where the condition of the toilets in the pool area but hey thats no big deal. The staff here will make you feel really welcome

Great place to take the family. The extensive swimming areas were very creative and were a real draw card. Our 2 bedroom unit was surprisingly big and included 2 bathrooms. There was plenty of room in the dining and lounge areas and the kitchen was fully equipped. Balcony overlooking the pool was great. I'm pleased that one of the pools was heated, as we stayed in winter. The spa pool was great too. Highly recommended, especially for families - the kids will keep themselves entertained for hours in the pools!

Excellent to see security patrol hotel grounds of a night time. Would stay at that location again and would recommend it.

Air conditioning would be very welcome (but we were there on one of the very hot days). Reception staff very helpful and pleasant. The landscaping and pool area excellent. Security arrangements very good.

This is a great place to stay with a family and in a great location for us. I find it much nicer to stay in a low-rise building and the security was excellent. My kids want to go back and stay longer.

Absolutely fantastic. Staff friendly, pools clean and grounds spotless. Well catered for a family holiday. Close to beach, shopping facilities and tourist activities. We will certainly be heading back to this Resort again next year.

Outstanding facilities and caters especially for the needs of families with young children through to teenagers. I cannot fault this resort and would highly recommend to all looking for a great holiday. In close proximity to the beach, shopping, transport, and the main hub of Broadbeach. It is well spoken amongst all who have ventured to the Gold Coast as the preferred accommodation destination.
