The garden apartments have a private patio and garden views while water apartments feature a balcony and look out over the ocean and beyond to Pumicestone Passage. Roof top apartments have great views along with a private roof top or courtyard barbeque with a 4 seat outdoor spa bath. All apartments include air conditioning, cable TV, DVD player, balcony or patio, stereo system with CD and a spa bath is featured in most. From a prime waterfront location resort facilities include a heated lagoon pool and 2 spas, gym, games room for the kids, sauna and meeting facilities for up to 130 delegates. **PLEASE NOTE** We can not accept booking for the same day arrivals outside of reception hours. Car parking:Enclosed undercover parking. Set down / arrival area is at front of the resort situated in Bulcock Street.
Child Policy:One infant (0-3 years) can stay free in either apartment type using existing bedding. Cot and high chair rental available through reception.
A great place with not a great view from Bulcock Street side looking at the dirty roof tops of the main street shops. Close the blinds and look out to the ocean instead! Would prefer if children could be supervised to use the Gym equipment as well as adults. Pool was great and just the right temperature considering the rain. Close to all the restaurants/shops you could want for 3 days stay.
We experienced recurring problems with air conditioning. Even after we were moved into another unit, the air conditioning in that unit also broke down with the result that we ended up having a/c for only one of the six nights at the resort. The beds were also quite uncomfortable. On the up side, the location was great and the pricing was good given peak Christmas times. The pool and spa area and bbq facilities were also very good.

Our family loves to stay at Grand Pacific, everything you need for a relaxing holiday is at your fingertips. Lovely clean rooms, beautiful pool, walking distance to restaurants etc. Caloundra is a wonderful place to have a peaceful, family holiday away from the hustle and bustle of a big city.
Very good property right on the Esplanade, close to all facilities. Rooms were clean, very comfortable and with a sea view. Highly recommended property.
Great location for beach, restaurants and shops. Terrific Pool and surrounds. Secure Parking but small bays a problem for midsize+ cars. Small Analogue TV needs upgrading.
Loved the spa on the verandah! Champagne & a view of the ocean while having a spa...totally decadent!!!
They are currently doing some renovations around the Pool and since we were on the ground level the access and dust was a bit of an issue with a Baby. Other than that very happy
This hotel was nice, clean and spacious for a 2 bedroom unit, close to beach, restaurants and very quite, I would stay again.
had a wonderful time, great staff, very clean, great apartment with wonderful views and just across the road from one of the best nights out in caloundra velvet waters rock and roll theatre restaurant. will be back and will definately stay at this hotel again. also thank you so much to the staff at [your website] who managed to move my days due to severe weather. awesome customer service, above and beyond i recommend you to all my friends. we were told after we had paid that there was building works going on. Our room overlooked this and we had to keep our windows and curtains shut all day for privacy. We were unable to use our balcony until they knocked off for the day. Work started at 5.45am every day. Also room we were booked into is for sale so the agent was there at the same time we were checking in and she asked us to leave! Also one bathroom light was not working when we arrived which we reported and they did nothing about so my elderly mother had to shower in the dark for two days. All in all very disappointing as this 2 day break was all we could afford in the way of a summer hol.
The swimming pool is wonderful. We found the kitchen facilities in our room were excellent.

excellent hotel, in the bathroom the ceiling paint is flaking and the shower head is badly leaking. the room was 67. The facilities were fantastic, we will be back!
I was very surprised at the standard of this hotel for the price. It was wonderful! We had three rooms booked and were very lucky to be upgraded to waterviews for all three. The reception staff were particulary helpful and made everything easy for us. The pool and spa were great! Would definitly like to stay there again. Maybe for leisure only instead of business as well next time :)
An excellent resort - really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend requesting a room with sea views, or that gets the afternoon sun, as the room was really dark by mid afternoon. Would stay again - excellent value for money.
The resort is in a great location, very handy to beaches, shops, restaurants. We found this to be a great holiday location for families with (younger) children. Loved the pool and spas.
The blinds in the rooms were broken and wouldn't close so it was difficult for us and the kids to get a good nights sleep with the sun coming through the window. The food disposal was also broken causing a foul smell as there was very old rotten food in there, so we had to dine out .
This is a first class establishment and was a pleasure to stay at and will stay there again in the future.
The complex was in a great position - close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Was very quiet at night so got a good nights sleep!! We enjoyed the outdoor spa on our balcony and the lagoon pool was wonderful. Would highly recommend this resort.
Very nice apartment and sited well. Little bit lacking on kitchen implements but other than this excellent quality, great pool.
