Very central and parking was good but swimmimg pool was very small.
A clean and well appointed room. Staff all very nice and helpful. Close to the Convention Centre, Casino and shopping. A good value hotel. Would be happy to stay here again on my next trip.

We did enjoy our stay, the only faults we found the TV need updating, no air cond bedroom, the bed linen had holes.
Good location. Very close to Pacific Fair, Draculas and the beach.
Location good if going to casino and Pacific Fair (shopping here is more expensive though). For variety of eateries and shops staying near Cavill Mall is more ideal.
Convenient location to shopping, restaurants and casino, however traffic very noisy. Staff were not very knowledgeable when asking about local transport directions. Room were comfortable and had all conveniences.
The hotel was comfortable, clean close to amenities, but fairly noisy in location with traffic noise and also noise from other occupants and occupants from the hotels near, but it was school holidays!
The Neptune is in a great spot handy to everything including the beach, restaurants, Pacific Fair shopping centre and Draculas. It is a bit shabby though and I though compared to the other places we stayed on our trip over priced for what we got.
Good value food there, nice pool, worth the money.
Only stayed one night and did not spend much time at the motel, however when we arrived found the reception to be very friendly and found the booking in procedure user friendly. Will stay again sometime.
We had an enjoyable stay and found the apartment roomy and very well located within walking distance of Oasis complex for restaurants, Pacific Highway for bus transport and Pacific Fair for shopping. A great little restaurant in the Apartment Complex, but a shame it wasnt open every evening. We would definately stay again.
You don't get any housekeeping if you stay less than 8 days
Some drinks in the fridge would be good as it would have been nice to just settle down with a drink after travelling for hours. The underground carpark like all of them is very difficult for larger vehicles (Toyota Landcruiser) but in Neptunes it should have a sign as you go into it "large vehicles turn left" as we turned right & found ourselves trapped & I had to back all the way past the entrance until I came to an area where I coud park, no problem when your fresh but when your tired your patience levels drop accordingly so you might say I swore liberally & colourfully. Apart from that it was a pleasent place to stay. The lttle cafeteria gave excellent service & food. I can't remember seeing fire exits marked very well but I may not have looked properly.
Fond the resort very comfortable and friendly staff. Excellent location to Broardbeach shopping and restaurants which are within easy walking distance.
Contrary to the Reviews I've read about this hOtel/Resort, I couldn't find anything wrong. The Unit was spacious, comfortable and a home away from home. It is in a very central location with everything at a short walking distance. 4.5 out of 5
Contrary to Reviews I've read on this Hotel, I have to say that I did find Breakaway Neptune a pleasant place to stay. I have no complaints whatsoever. The Staff were friendly & helpful, the apartment compact and comfortable. I would choose this facility again should I visit Broad Beach Gold Coast again in future.
We really enjoyed our stay and our room was great. Location was good - right opposite Pacific Fair and the casino!, short walk to Broadbeach Mall. We would definitely stay here again.
Modern and well located, but lacking a bit of upkeep. Carpets stained in places and curtains torn and poorly repaired. Weekly room cleaning/bedding change only.
Was really happy with my [your website] Deal with this BreakFree accommodation. Location location location walking 2 blocks to the restaurants and nightlife and 2 blocks to the beautiful beaches 1 block to the casino and 1 block to pacific fair shopping centre. Fantastic all round.
