We stayed in the two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. It was very spacious, clean and in a great location near monorails stations and China Town. Is a bit noisy at night, but to be expected on George Street. Great service with helpful staff and room made up each day. Was a wonderful stay with my family. Note - don't have the "buffet" breakfast. They had one toaster, not enough food and one waiter on the day we went with about 30 people trying to eat and cook toast on one toaster, it would have been funny if we hadn't been expecting a nice breakie - very faulty towers!
Had gr8 tim,e with 2 grandchildren. Supplied bed at no extra charge - would stay again very co-operative

Excellent location. Rooms were as expected for a middle of the range serviced apartment. Pleanty of bars, restaiurants and shopping near buy. Friendly helpful staff.
We were allocated a 3rd floor room facing George St which was like sleeping next to a runway. The traffic noise was incredible all night. This hotel needs to improve it's noise insulation / double glaze windows. Bathroom had mould on walls. Would not stay here again.
Great location with "just right amenities" in the 2 bedroom apartment. Quiet room. Easy check-in and check-out. Very clean rooms, but just about ready for a bit of a touch-up after 10 years. Didnt hear about the special breakfast option until overheard the offer while checking out, but plenty of places nearby for breakfast. Will stay there again privately and for business.
A very good hotel in the heart of Chinatown. Within walking distance to Darling Harbour, the Powerhouse Museum and Paddys Markets, this hotel is in a great location. There are heaps of restaurants close by and supermarkets if you need to stock up on the essentials. You can see a play nearby or pop down George Street to watch a movie. Transport is available right outside the door. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.
Found the Hotel to be very clean. Lifts were not slow and lost my Mobile phone and the Hotel found and organise to send back to me. would stay at this motel again
Good hotel
It was just a bit noisy from the apartment nearby in the night and the smell of cooking was a bit strong. There were 3 of us in the apartment but only glasses and cups for 2. Otherwise everything was perfect and our stay was very pleasant. I would recommend it.
Very clean room, the staff were very helpful. The hotel was centrally located to the CBD and Chinatown.Only negative was the room was not cleaned on the second day of our stay.
Very noisy hotel, could do with some double-glazing. we were on the seventh floor and it sounded like traffic was actually in our room, pity those on lower floors. Called reception personally a few weeks beforehand to reserve an apartment with two bathrooms, was told all OK. Get to Sydney, ordinary apartment with no interest from desk staff member re my booking of apartment with two bathrooms. Not fun when travelling with three females who hog the bathroom. Saving grace is the location, handy to most things in CBD and Darling Harbour.
Ideal base from which to explore Haymarket. Not far from trains and public transport. No good if you're driving, but why would you want to drive in the city?
The room was clean and comfortable. However it lacks any food variety within the premises.
Expensive broadband is a big minus.
this is a good place to stay, however *there is no carpark for people who stay in hotel, *in the lift and corridor always have strong smell, which is a bit unpleasant. * one of the bedroom is different while we look at the brief before we booked, instand of two single bed in one of the room, it has a up & down layer of the bed. but it is a cheap and good location place to stay
We were very pleased with the location and standard of the booked room, however we were disappointed with the smell wafting in the hallways and lifts. It was an unclean smell of stale urine and mould.
Have stayed here on 2-3 occasions in the past. A small boutique serviced apartment operation. Very handy to China Town. BUT... internet charges are RIDICULOUSLY outrageous...! $27.50 for 24 hours, AND... limited to 100M/bytes download with (as I recall) $0.50 for each additional M/byte above that. If you need internet access (as I do..) then MUCH better to try another hotel that either has much cheaper rates, or is inclusive of internet access in the room rate.
Hotel is only satisfactory. The 2 bedroom unit was smaller than what we had before. Surprised to find a double bunker bed in the other room as previously we had 2 queen size. Another surprise to see old small TV in living room and not flat screen after taking over from PIA. Not many new hotels/apartment using old tube TV anymore.
This hotel is situated at a very handy location - but on the other hand, noise is a problem. We managed to stay in the "quiet" side of the hotel with the studio room on 3rd floor facing the China Town but you can hear every single noise your neighbours make... Non-smoking policy however during our stay other guests keep smoking in the coridoor and all the 2nd hand smoke just sneaks in... In our 1st night we put a "Do not disturb" sign at our door and it was being ignored - room has been cleaned and tidied up and the sign being put back behind the door... We reflected it and the hotel staff apologised- it didn't happen in our 2nd and 3rd nights stay but still it shouldn't happen in the 1st place. Luckily we do not have a habit of leaving any valuables in our room. You can imagine my stay wasn't pleasant and I probably will not stay here again - will try some other hotels even if the location weren't as handy.
Excellent location, spacious room and comfortable beds
