"Whilst I understand that is is a basically a family resort with self serviced apartments I had booked a"hotel room with tea and coffee making facilities" so had assumed it was a 'hotel' room as such. When we arrived we found there was no remote for the tv, no spare toilet roll, light bulbs not working, only 2 coffee satchets etc (which were never replenished) and no milk in the fridge at all. Although the staff were friendly and they did find us a remote for the tv, request for milk and toilet roll fell on deaf ears. For $170 + per night would have expected the basic services of a hotel room including clean towels etc, I could have booked at a motel and received basic hotel service for half the price. I will not be recommending this resort to associates." - Patricia Carr
