Just 100 metres to the beach and close to the retail and dining hub of Cavill Avenue, the resort offers quality, affordable accommodation ideal for a weekend getaway or family holiday. Accommodation options include one, two and three-bedroom apartments, most with stunning ocean views. If you want to pay a small amount more you can live it up Surfers Paradise style in our 2 bedroom deluxe ocean apartments that have been completely refurbished. All apartments feature their own balcony, ceiling fans, hair dryer, in-room safe, Foxtel, security access and intercom, and full kitchen and laundry facilities. Onsite there are many facilities to choose from including three swimming pools, children’s wading pool and playground, heated spa, sauna, gymnasium, tennis court, BBQ facilities and in-room massage. **PLEASE NOTE** Airconditioning is available in some apartments only. Hence it is on request but subject to availability. For your convenience we cannot accept bookings for same day arrivals outside of reception hours. A great place to stay in a wonderful apartment with a sensational beach view. The amenities in this block are excellent and It is located about 5 minutes walk from Surfer's Paradise mall and all the local restaurants. The secure car parking is free and and the service efficient and friendly.
Big, spacious apartments in a fantastic location with great facilities. The let down was the cleanliness of the apartment and the dated decor.

Issue checking into the Resort - reception closes at 6.00 p.m. (arrived 7 p.m.) consequently were locked out of the building and no clear instructions about how to check in/get a key. Took a bit of time/stress to get over this "hurdle". The reception staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Facilities at the resort are outstanding. Some areas need a coat of paint to "freshen up." The apartments themselves are all furnished differently, the one we had was lovely and had air conditioning (not all apartments have this, many just have ceiling fans, so you would need to specially request an apartment with air con.). Our apartment on the front of the bldg and had a sea view (not all apartments have sea views, again need to request this), ideally need to be from the 10th floor up to get a view over some of the trees along the Esplanade to see the beach/sea. "All in all" a centrally located resort with good facilities for those wanting non-Hotel accommodation.
Friendly and helpful staff. A very handy spot for Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach and Pacific Fair. Comfortable rooms with great views.
Appartment becoming a little worn now but facilities well maintained. Reception staff very friendly and efficient. Good security system in place.Wonderful location with decent sized swimming pools. Great bbqs.
A nicely designed room, in need of renovation. Everything worked well, the laundry facilities and added bonus and you can't beat it for view and location. Room prices were good during the week but rose come the weekend. Still, it wins on location for sure.

The Peninsula was a fabulous place to stay. Apart from pretty average customer service everything was great. The facilities were of a very high standard, great pools especially. Location was perfect - just across from the beach and only a minutes walk to Cavil ave and all the night life. As mentioned they do need to scrub up on the meaning of customer service but otherwise I definately recomend the Peninsula!
The view out of all windows was the best on the Gold Coast: panoramic 180 degrees open sea view! The accomodation is incredibly spacious and there is a choice of several heated swimming pools. The prices offered on this site are the lowest you can find anywhere! I am ecstatic!
Great sea views, spacious two bedroom apartment fully equipped with kitchen & all essential cooking utensils. Huge bathroom & fully functional en-suite. Need to be aware of undercover parking ... look for the key entry when in lower basement. Able to look over Caville Ave without hearing all of the noise. Would definately return.
