Room was on a great location with views to lake however not feasible to walk out of the property being a steep slope. Kitchen needs to be a bit bigger as a smalll sink provided can't even fit a standard size plate. Room and location is quiet as out of town so is a bit relaxing.
Basement flat. low grade facilites. curtain rail falling off. liked the dishwashing podwer but no diswasher. if all you want is a bed and its cheap then its fine.would not stay more than one night

found host to be amazing - had portacot available :). went out of his way to get safety gate for stairs. room was lovely very warm, cosy and clean. excellent time had, will definitely be returning. impressed with premises
living area carpet and furnishings worn and in need of a steam clean. mildew in shower. old style tv too small. bedrooms in great shape, beds excellent. given the price an adequate value.
Great views and accommodation. Some drivers might find the steep access challenging but othyerwise fully recommended
magnificent views of the lake, however it is quite a distance from the town center.. 30 min walk.
Very nice apartment in Queenstown with a superb view of the lake and the mountains. Good and very clean facilities. Plenty of space. 5 min drive from city center. I would stay there again and recommended the place. Car is recommended when you want to stay there.

Our unit was 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom with laundry, and full kitchen unit. We thought everything was comfortable and clean, but keep in mind it is not serviced unless you stay at least seven days, in which case it is serviced every 4th day. Our party of four needed to supplement the soap and shampoo and toilet paper provided since we only stayed 3 days and the toiletries were not replenished. Walking to the city centre took approximately 25 minutes and be careful navigating the steep driveways in your car. Internet was covered by a internet hotspot that you can sign up and pay by the hour. The wireless signal in our unit was very poor, however, and we were not able to connect reliably. Check-in outside of reception hours was easy. Simply pick up the phone outside the reception office when you arrive and it connects you to a person working after-hours. The view of the lake from our unit was incredible, and the outside patio was pleasant to have morning coffee on.
Really enjoyed staying here, it was out of town a little bit but not too far. Fantastic views of the lake, the only minor problems were the shower screen leaking water onto floor and there was no air conditioning and when we stayed there the temperature in Queenstown was around 30degrees. With that in mind, I would definitely stay there again!
Excellent views, short walk to town long side lake. Apartment was excellent value for money
