Getting there:Bridgefield is situated in the main street of Margaret River, Bussell Hwy, on the corner of Higgins Street. By coach: Westrail and Southwest Coachlines have daily service. We can pick you up from coach if required, but we are walking distance from the terminus. Journey by car from Perth is approximately 3.25 hours.
Check-in Procedure:Please present your Voucher on arrival.
Car parking:Parking available at rear of house entry from Higgins Street. Very friendly atmosphere where the emphasis is on feeling right at home.
Child Policy:The Storybook chalet is ideal for families and will sleep 7.To view the chalet please go to www.Bridgefield.com.au Wireless internet is not available in the chalet but you are welcome to use at Bridgefield sitting room.
There was no dryer in chalet. Wireless internet is also no available in chalet, only available in the restaurant, which is down the street.
The deluxe-queen is actually very small with nowhere to store luggage. Good breakfast and good location.
close proximity to the main town, next to the service station, noise from and the road is a little distracting, accommodation was outstanding.
Cosy,english and vintage guest house...Beautiful and interesting for the urban people! No tv in room though, but there is a shared lounge. guest house is nicely located along the margaret river street of restau, vineyards.. definately worth a try!

I would highly recommend Bridgefield House, my partner and I had a very enjoyable stay. I would suggest it for a romantic getaway or for persons 20 years or more travelling together. I do not think the place would suit children.I am a parent of four and found that this aspect was great as it gave me time for my partner and I to get reconnected.The social side of Bridgefield is attractive also.
Upon arrival Bruce made us feel very welcome, gave us a good run down on what was available, offered names of restaurants for dinner and wineries to visit. Breakfast was first rate. Would definately stay there again if we went back to Margaret River.

My stay was beautiful, very peaceful and relaxing. the hotel was very comfortable and homely. I would definately stay there again.
THE BREAKFAST WAS THE BEST ,THE PROPERTY HAD CHARM. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ALL.
We enjoyed a very comfortable evening infront of roaring wood fires on a very wet evening. Good size rooms, great showers and ensuite and a very enjoyable continental breakfast. Will happily stay there again.
Great experience for us as married couple away without the kids after so long. Great friendly breakfast, interesting accommodation and close to all ammenities.
It is a antique hotel which is nice. But what makes this hotel superb and outstanding is the service of the staff. They have a certain kind of warmth that embraces you and makes your stay wonderful.
Bridgefield is a great small guest house. 2 minutes from the centre of Margaret River. Nicely furnished and well maintained, great breakfast's as well!

We have stayed at many Guest houses, and this one was wonderful. We would certainly recommend this to any of our friends, and next time we are in WA, we would love to use this facility again, only this time for a longer period.
