"The promised cot was not there when we arrived. We had a very tired child and it took ages for the cot to appear despite promises it would be there soon. This really let the hotel down as the room was very, very spacious, the views excellent and both an indoor and outdoor pool catered for all weather." - Michael hundleby

Take the Smith Street exit #66 off the Pacific Motorway (M1) from Brisbane or Coolangatta. Follow this until you reach the end where you can only turn left or right onto Marine Parade/Gold Coast Highway. You will need to turn right. Proceed along the Gold Coast Highway until you get to the large Sundale Bridge leading to Surfers Paradise. DO NOT GO OVER THE BRIDGE! Instead, turn right at the last set of traffic lights just before the bridge into Ada Bell Way and then turn into your first left. The high rise you will see on your right is the Shores building. You will need to drive around to the West side of the building where the under-cover car park is located. Please park in the spaces marked for Retail prior to check-in at reception, where your parking space will be allocated. |
