I liked this hotel very much & will stay again next time in Carcassonne
Centrally located just a few minutes from the train station. More touristic information ought to be available at the hotel and staff more knowledgeable of access to nearly historic towns. Was there on room only basis so did not avail myself of any other services offered by hotel. Enkoyed myself.
Great location - by the canal and close to the train station. Rooms are comfortable and large. Hotel was quiet and service unobtrusive. We had a room overlooking the canal which was a bonus. For the price this was a great place to stay.
We liked this hotel a lot, especially the location beside the canal. We would definitely stay in it again. The staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant.
I really enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. We had a twin bedded room with balcony in bedroom and bathroom. We could step onto the balcony and enjoy a wonderful view of the Canal du Midi with its boats and barges. There was a multi channeled tv and a hairdryer in the room. The hotel is situated across from the railway station.
