"The equipment in the rooms ie tv, hair dryer,kettle,light switches, shower curtains etc are so out of date. I cant remember the last time i had seen a television like that any where, these days you can get flat screen tvs for next to nothing. please do something. I come from a third world country but you will not find such facilities in a three star hotel, its all so much better and this is a first world country." - simon ndadaye
