Getting there:The hotel is situated 250 yards from the nearest Airport and tube station. It is a short walk straight over from terminal. 7 miles from main railway station, get metro (tube) to airport.

Child Policy:Children aged 16 and under stay free in a room with paying adults.
Good welcome. Food good in restaurant. Room clean. Bathroom grouting mouldy and needs attention.
My wife and I are very pleased with the Hotel, we have stayed there on two occasions. we find it very convenient and relaxing prior to our flights to our holiday destinations.
We stayed at the Newcastle Britannia Hotel the night before our flight. Although the rooms were small they we fine to satisfy our requirements. The hot buffet breakfast was very good. I would stay there again.

Absolutely top class service. Even provided bags storage and a room for a shower later in the day after checking out!
Thought the hotel overall was great apart from the vending machine not working & not being able to get anything hot to eat after a certain time. Bar was still open after 11pm which was great, the hotel room could have done with an airconditioning unit instead of one fan stuck in the room on the bedside table. The price of the hotel over the weekend of the Northumberland Plate (Newcastle Race Course) was a bit pricey a bit of a rip off but overall though apart from those few minor details was a great stay & will come again as long as these few minor details could be resolved.
Cleanliness was good. We will look forward to another stay in the not to distant future.
