"Excellent hotel had a fabulous time. Food was excellent and the staff could not do enough for you. Will definitely be going back. We were in Manchester for the Genesis concert and on the day of the concert the hotel displayed instructions on how to get there and kept open the restaurant until 1am to accommodate people returning who had not eaten. First class service. Be aware that there is another Britannia Hotel and we went there first - this one is actually just known as the Sachas. If anyone is looking for it is is adjacent to the main entrance of Debenhams." - Carol Bean
