"I was please to have a outer room (with window) this time, instead of a stuffy internal room, however, i think the aircondition is in need of a good repair, as our window room got cold and I had to use a portable fan heater (supplied). Overall, a pleasuable stay!!" - Anonymous

"We arrived early, the reception was very helpful, stored our luggage till rooms were ready, giving us chance to view the vicinity, of which was superb, 2 minutes walk into the centre of the city, and a tram station within the same distance.
